I'll never go back here again. I walked in to the location before 7pm. I had to warrenty out my phone and just needed to move the data over to the new phone. They couldn't do it that day they told me and wanted me to come back the next day. I went to the north store. Where they clicked a couple buttons and got the transfer started. Took it home to finish it. I'll never go to this location again. I'll end my service with verizon before going back to this location.

Does Verizon only care about getting new customers for commission and not supporting existing ones? That’s exactly how I felt after visiting this Verizon store today around 6:00 PM. I came in fully prepared to port my number and replace my existing Verizon line — not open a new one. The store was completely empty — no other customers — but the man who helped me kept trying to push me to add a new line instead.
