I purchased a new phone out of state when mine died. When I got back to NDak it locked up. I went to the store on 3rd street and they told me it was a paper weight and sold me a third line with new phone. According to them the cheapest way to go. I needed help with update in this phone and went to Keith at another store in Bismarck. He did the update and we visited about my problem with the paper weight phone. He had me bring the phone it and he added email password and the phone opened and said factory reset and works. The ... read more

Andrew provided exceptional service for me! He scheduled time for me to come in and deal with a rather complicated, complex issue with the app. He never displayed any this is too much and time consuming situation, which it was. I am very grateful for this service. Thank you so much Andrew!

I'll never go back here again. I walked in to the location before 7pm. I had to warrenty out my phone and just needed to move the data over to the new phone. They couldn't do it that day they told me and wanted me to come back the next day. I went to the north store. Where they clicked a couple buttons and got the transfer started. Took it home to finish it. I'll never go to this location again. I'll end my service with verizon before going back to this location.
