Shame on you. The Verizon S 3rd Bismarck store sold my stepson six (6) different iwatches (apple, galaxy, etc) over the last six months. He is a vulnerable adult. He was taken advantage of. He did not understand there was a service contract attached. He takes these watches to the pawn shop and gets anywhere from $40-$60 each. It will cost us over $1200 to buy these out. This place lies to you just to make a sale. They tell you what you wanna hear. Tgan when your first bill comes, it's way more than what it's supposed to be.

My girlfriend and I went in to add her to my phone plan since she had lost her phone. We spent about 6 hours here the first day since her phone would not work. We ended up having to leave with the promise that it would start working within 24 hours. It did not and my girlfriend ended up coming back in for a couple of hours the next night. She ended up leaving with the same promise. The next day was the same story and she ended up taking all day off of work to get it fixed. The only thing keeping this from me giving it five stars was the fact that I had to wait for over an hour to see someone I know there are high traffic times and I must have hit one nevertheless I watched a lot of people come and go before their names were called I had driven 3 hours to get there so I had no choice other than that the people were very very friendly and knowledgeable as they always are
