FRAUD ALERT!!!!! This store scammed my mom!!!! She went in to pick up a phone we ordered on line so she could send it to me (I live out of the country), when she went in they claimed the order was still pending and told her she could just purchase the order in store. She decided to purchase the phone there and they set it up for her so when I received it, it would be active. Alexia and hunter were amazing! I spoke with hunter on the phone and he was more than helpful! Alexia is beyond friendly and had a great personality along with making the sale easy and fast. The best Verizon experience I’ve had they are 10/10
After spending two days struggling to get WiFi through Verizon we decided to come in store and so glad we did. We met Asia who is absolutely hands down an angel. Through helping us get WiFi to even advocating for us when speaking to Verizon customer support she was the best. Will absolutely be coming back. Also management should definitely give her a raise and/or a shoutout for being so helpful and great at her job. Asia if you’re reading this we are forever grateful!
