I went in this store to help figure out some incorrect charges to my account. Asya was so kind and understanding during this process. She used all of her resources, her co-workers and manager, and also Verizon itself to help me get everything rectified. She not only advocated for me but she helped me ensure that I had everything documented and uploaded to my account so that if any more issues there would be a paper trail! Today I was upset but Jordan and Raphael fixed my phone for me and made everything smooth I was so happy they were able to help. They were fast and very nice and warming. Great people to have serviced me today. They even help me send off my old phone with no hassle.
