I came in late just to ask questions, although I did not add anything to my account. The Lady was both kind & patient in answering questions EVEN AFTER the store closed. (did not catch their name, but the black lady around 30's or 40's @6pm 2/22.)
Walked in to get support with my phone that wasn’t letting me download apps. Jalen was patient, professional and understanding. He helped me get logged in to get things working. I ended up leaving with a new phone anyway because he seen a good deal on my account that he recommended
I went to this store to buy a new phone and they refused to sell me one because they were closing in 30 min. I went to another Verizon a few days later and bought a phone and walked out in 15 min. The staff here isn’t friendly. Stick to the corporate stores.
