Do yourself a favor and go to the Verizon location off Hull street. I walked in and Verizon guy said have a seat we will be with you in a minute. I looked at the customer he was helping and asked how long was your minute? He gave me this upset look and said 2 hours. I walked out and went to the Verizon on Hull street the next day. Was in and out in no time
My phone locked me out. Verizon employees fixed my phone in minutes.
Update: My order has now been canceled by Verizon because I didn't pick my order up. This order was NEVER marked in my order history as ready, I never received a call, email, or text saying it was ready. Now I have to wait until my refund hits to make a purchase I've already made and was canceled without consulting me. I didn’t catch her name but the lady with blonde and purple locs was so amazingly sweet and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend seeing her for any of your needs! Such an amazing woman.
