Been coming here for years. Its the only corporate store near me. I know 5 employees by name. I miss where you could walk in go straight to the back for repairs. They dont do that now no verizon does.
This store has to be one of the most worst stores I have been in since 1998. The staff are rude and generally ignore customers who simply have questions. I came in today after spending over a hour on the phone with Verizon to purchase new phones and watches for myself and my husband. After having some technical problems with the Sales department on the phone, the salesman gave me my order number and told me to go to this store to pick up my order and pay what I owed. Verizon is the worst
KC was great! He got me set up with my phone but not before making sure I was getting the best deal possible on my phone and my plan. The rest of the staff were really nice too
KC was wonderful with customer service. He worked diligently to help get the data I thought was lost back on my phone. Your company is so fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated employee.
