I have been having problems with my phone, wifi, business account, and billing for quite some time. I went into the store rather hopeless and was directed to Douglas Narrow (Sales Rep). He was able to fix my phone, get me on a better less expensive plan, and coach me on some things for future efficiency and money saving for my plan/bill. No wonder he is being made the business line manager soon! He was so pleasant, helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
