I had a wonderful experience at the Colonia Heights store. Fernando was very helpful and explained the steps that I need to purchase my phone. He was very personable but professional. Also, his manager Christian was helpful. Other staff members such as Ebony and another gentleman was very friendly and made you feel at home. I had gone to the Petersburg store earlier but left because I became angry. I waited about 10 minutes, two customers was being helped. Update: I give credit where credit is due. This location has remodeled their customer service since remodeling the physical location. If you arrive early in the a.m. your wait time is greatly reduced. The staff is more engaged and customer service oriented lately. I for 1 appreciate the new direction. Today, I returned for home WiFi questions and Ebony delivered outstanding service. Her technical knowledge, customer service and efficiency was outstanding.

Last month my husband and I came to this store to upgrade our phones. Two phones. The salesperson (who I can’t remember), talked in circles, was very confusing. We discussed the ‘free’ Apple Watch promotion. It was not free and we declined. When we got home, my daughter (13) was sobbing. Her phone had been cut off. I spent three hours on the phone to get her number restored. Today, I see my bill was $361. There is an additional phone on my bill, with a number we have never used, and it was $100 charge.
