Employees not on floor long enough to assist customer. Spent 2 hours here yesterday..back again today been here an hour already. Associate just leaves …middle of appt…no communication with us.

Upgraded my iPhone form a 12 to a 16 using the app, was told to take the phone to the South Park colonial heights va store to receive my 829.99 rebate to be applied to my new phone. First person had trouble and had customer service call me, while on phone with them her supervisor got it figured out. She told me it was going to show as a 200 credit and I would get the rest in a couple of days. I asked that she put that in writing and she tried to snatch the phone from me. Are you planning on getting 10 lines and buying phones? They treat you like royalty. Do you need any customer service after that? They're next to worthless. Unless they're making money off of you, they couldn't care less about any issues you have. The service is great and the phone options are fine, but Jesus christ if you need help with anything you're better off going anywhere else but here. This location has gotten so bad, walked in and not even acknowledged or greeted, waited for 15 minutes and still nothing. Meanwhile employees were standing around not doing anything besides talking and laughing with each other. Surprised this location has lasted this long.
