I went in on Dec23rd 2025 to pay a bill that was overdue but also pay in advance . I gave the money in cash to the employee Desiree and only have went into my account the rest just vanished in thin air. At least that’s what their customer service said to me . Do not recommend

Explained exactly what we needed and how much we expected to pay per the details listed on the Verizon website. Representative “Desiree” confirmed the promotions and continued with the sale.
