I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Juan! He did an amazing job helping me get my account situated and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He maintained a positive attitude the entire time, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I will say, my visit started off a bit rocky. One associate initially told me there was no wait line, but I later realized there actually was a check-in process after someone was taken ahead of me. Kind of frustrating that I had to leave one star because I’d rather leave none! My husband and I visited the Verizon store just a few moments ago. We were greeted and added to the queue right away. There were three other customers being attended so it was not busy at all. As soon as two were attended, both associates went to the back of the store with no regard that we were sitting there. I went in on Dec23rd 2025 to pay a bill that was overdue but also pay in advance . I gave the money in cash to the employee Desiree and only have went into my account the rest just vanished in thin air. At least that’s what their customer service said to me . Do not recommend
