Store was sloppy and unprofessional, Terrible customer service just like the inflated cost of the actual service. TERRIBLE!!!!
23 year customer, left because of customer service and cost. I stopped in a week ago to ask for help to unlock a phone purchased while being a customer. Rodrigo started to help but then turned to his manager. I explained that I had already spoken with Customer Care, and level 2 technical team who sent me to the store. Our family has been customers with Verizon for over 17 years. I recently got another upgrade to an iPhone 17. On Jan. 5th I did the trade-in, they were having a bit of trouble doing the whole process of the trade-in with my phone and the new phone in their system. I don’t know why but anyway after they told me they were mostly done/finishing, I could go home and do the rest of my transfer of information and return the old phone the next day…….because it would take so long and they didn’t want to make me stay up there for a c... read more
Went to Verizon to have my phone checked as to why when I leave home, no service. The person I talked to could not help, gave me a bad excuse, all he keep suggesting was upgrade my phone which is current model. I went home and called tech support. Guess what, followed their instructions and made a small adjustment. This is really the second time Verizon Cleveland had no clue except maybe I should buy a new phone 😝.
