Verizon was always polite and ostensibly helpful but they promised a free phone that was not free at all & not new! It was refurbished. When I finally noticed, the rep said it was not possible to stop the charges. A year afterwards, I decided to shop around and TMobile offered to pay off any phones on our 3 lines (up to $800 on each phone), get a new phone truly free, plus gift cards to Costco. Login W. was very helpful with a huge problem that the telephone sales representatives created. He fixed the problem and kept me as a Verizon customer. If not for him I would have been switching to another carrier. And we have been with Verizon for 18 years so that would have been a big switch!! Logan is definitely a huge asset for Verizon!!

We waited about 30 minutes with 4 people ahead of us — not a big deal, we grabbed coffee at the Starbucks next door while we waited. The salesperson was friendly, but appeared to be new and unfamiliar with several procedures, which led to a number of mistakes. We came in to upgrade my Apple Watch to a new model that includes its own cell line. She advised us to unpair the old watch before it was fully removed from the account, which meant we then had to re-pair it just to retrieve the product number needed to remove it prope... read more

Customer service has gone down hill. Heard the interaction from my wife when she got home. Condescending comments to someone coming in to buy their product. Suprised they would reference my Wifes' height and racially profile her coming from a brown skinned man. Caught her off guard. I'm sure if I the husband was there he would have been more respectful. Needs to be retrained/If you don't like your job get a new one.
