I’d like to thank Amilcar and the Verizon team at this Burlington Verizon Location for there excellent service. Amilcar made our transition from another carrier to Verizon very easy. My family and Business are extremely pleased with the support and professionalism of the entire Verizon Team.
Do not sign contracts with verizon connects!!! They will not let us out of their contract. 10 units that have not worked for years. They were supposed to send replacements, never did. Don't get stuck like we did!!! Lots of emails, calls, all 0 help and fixing.... I cant recall the last bad review I left but hoping to warn others....
I went into the Verizon store in Burlington today to get a simple activation from a insurance replacement. I was queued up by Stella, right away. Lo ended up being the tech I got to work with. Long story short Lo worked for 2.5 hours trying to get my insurance replacement phone to work. They literally tried everything and with patience. It turned out the insurance company had sent me a faulty phone, and Lo & Stella called for me and got a new one sent out to me ASAP. Chelsea made the impossible happen! We had previously gone to 3 other Verizon stores who weren’t able to help us- but Chelsea did it!!!
I had a problem with my texting app. They uninstalled the app upgrade from the day before and that solved the problem. Quick and efficient. Thank you so much!!
