Joe and Zowie were both so helpful to me when I went to the Sturbridge location!! I needed help with my phone and account and they were so patient and kind to me! Every time I come to this location they are always helpful! They are Keepers!!
Mike was outstanding. Very informative, help me resolve my issue quick and to the point Revised 2 years later Awful customer service now. Stood around waiting for assistance for 10 minutes, not one of the 3 employees acknowledged me, not even a “hey sorry we are busy be with you in a few” I’ll just buy on Amazon I guess
