Made my life more difficult. I was looking to add a new line and trade in a phone I did not have in hand. The sales rep upsold me on warranty by promising a $90 credit the first month which never happened. I ended up canceling it. $20 wasted. They also did not inform me that because I did not have the trade in available, they would put a random serial number into the system which later became my problem when I actually brought the phone to the store. Retail sales Specialist Zach Chase was on his personal phone, watching football on speakerphone volume for his noted “huge fantasy league” the entire time he was helping me and my fiancée switch my phone over from T-Mobile to Verizon. He was also listening to Fox News on his right AirPod, as noted on his Apple Watch that was showing the whole time. Joe and Zowie were both so helpful to me when I went to the Sturbridge location!! I needed help with my phone and account and they were so patient and kind to me! Every time I come to this location they are always helpful! They are Keepers!!
