I did not take photos. My mom and I have some negative experiences at sone of our local stores. I don’t want to go into that. I thought let’s get out of area and go to another store. My mom said yes. We ended up at the Kingsport TN store. The assistant manager Shannon, who’s been with Verizon for 17/19 years, walked up to us with a smile on his face. If only I could rate zero stars... Worst experience I've ever had with this store. Claimed I had no trade in for a phone without opening new line(lies) had an offer on my app. When shown offer told me they couldn't honor that offer. Once mad a manager ignored me made no effort to help with the situation. Along with all of stuff looking annoyed that I wasn't being swindled into spending more money. Thanks for not helping a customer. You all really live up to your reputation lately being a poorly run store.

3 trips to this store. 3 trips of '3 hour round trip per trip'. Unacceptable and could have been avoided with due diligence.
