After a brief encounter with a dismissive on-site customer service technician who wasn’t willing to help, Ryan and Morgan gave us exceptional customer service. Without any doubt going the extra mile to be sure we understood, and were able and ready to function with our new devices.
I went to this store today to try to transfer my service to a different Verizon account, and hopefully upgrade devices too, and was told that is no longer done in the store and given a phone number to call. I have been on the phone for over an hour now, and this has been incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.
This Verizon store specifically is THE BEST in the tri cities region! Very clean and well maintained, as well as excellent service. Christy helped us with a sticky situation with damaged phones and we were out of there in an hour! Christy is amazing and I WILL be referring all my friends and family to her at this east stone location!! Thank you Verizon!
Had to get a damaged phone replaced, got it replaced with no problem, the staff was very friendly and helpful
I was told I was getting a promotion on a phone and I got charged full price for the phone.i have been a Verizon customer before it was verizon.i will be changing providers.really bad to have to lie to a customer.bad bad business
