We had excellent experiences at Verizon this week. China helped me choose an Apple phone upgrade and accomplished the transfer of data efficiently. She explained all of the details clearly. Later in the week, China set up my old phone for my husband’s use, established an Apple account for him, and competed the time-consuming task of moving his non-Apple phone number to his new (my old) phone. Honestly, rude as all get out. I don't make it habit of going to the restroom out in public but I have medical issue that causes urgent use of the restroom and had an emergency. Out of desperation went into this store to use the restroom and was told to "get lost" by the manager after being told there is a restroom available. If Verizon can't let someone use the restroom for an emergency out of compassion and sympathy I doubt their customer service is that great. Will never buy a phone from Verizon after this. Our salesperson, China, was friendly, knowledgeable, and she was very professional. It was a very good experience!
I had the absolute worst experience here. I went three times and every time when I would just ask for something simple they would give me directions to do it at home, or send me somewhere that charges me 100$ for help. Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a phone store. Workers suck. Finally got it figured out through customer service after being passed through by multiple robots. Basically if you need help just call online because they will just send you out of the door within 30 seconds.
