I was very pleased during my visit to this store. Upon walking in everyone was very helpful and attentive. They saw that I was exhausted and offered me/ made me coffee, which helped me out a lot. My phone’s battery was not working well upon arriving to this Verizon store. I had a very helpful representative that walked me through my options of replacing my phone or to file an insurance claim. He offered the ability to file an insurance claim and I decided to go that route. He gave step-by-step instructions to file the claim and now I will have my phone shipped within the next few hours.
