Horrible experiences continue at all Verizon stores. I contacted the customer support number, I had credits that should have remained on account monthly, Verizon just removed them and my bill went up almost 120.00 a month. Verizon suckers customers with device payments and promises, once your into the Verizon ecosystem it’s thousands to leave them. I cannot wait to leave, just gotta wait little bit for device payoffs to get lower, then I am gone. ATT will save me almost 140.00 a month for 4 lines , not including 2 expansion ... read more

My dad and I went in to pay his bill. It turned into an hour conversation with an associate named China. She was incredibly helpful and explained his bill/how to reduce costs. She never tried to push anything or got frustrated with all our questions. A MASSIVE thank you to her for taking the time to work with us!

Please don't buy their insurance, it is a pain to file a claim specially with the UbreakiFix people on their side. Here at the store you get 0 help.

Run... run far away from Verizon, especially this location. I had the worst experience ever, when they want to sell you phones everything is "yes, of course" "we can help after if there are any issues" and after the only thing they said was "oh you need to call support because we can't do anything here", it's been several months 1claim with the BBB and another with the FCC and finally got some answers from a supervisor. do yourself a favor and avoid these people and take your business elsewhere.

No acknowledgement when I arrived but it did seem all available employees were helping. Waited 28 minutes and for someone to free up and still wasnt ackowledged for a bit. The guy was nice though once I was being helped. A simple "We will be with you as soon as possible" would have gone a long way. NOT a real Verizon store. Very limited services. Recommend a genuine Verizon dealer.
