Ken helped me look for the best deal when I came to trade in my iPhone 11 (I know, ancient). He was also helpful and patient when we had to make some changes to our account since we share a family plan with in-laws in Ohio. He even installed my new screen protector for me in store. Impressed with the customer service!
Asked staff to turn down music so we could hear and converse with Verizon operator. They said they would but never did. Very frustrating and disrespectful The service was so incredibly poor we left to find another Verizon store. We do NOT recommend this location.

He helped me upgrade my phone, adjust our family plan to save money, and even set up our son‑in‑law with a new phone and plan — all remotely.
