Made me wait for 1.5hrs horrible customer service
Recently connected to their wifi. Am still trying to get used to the change, but they are really helpful.
I had the best experience with Katy! She took the time to work through all the options we had available for our current needs. I needed to return today to complete the final touches and she was able to get me taken care of quickly. She is very professional, patient, and kind. I highly recommend if you need anything to stop by and ask for her.
I was at location 2838 E. 3rd st ste 1 in Bloomington, In The employees China Milon and Manager Sam both are awesome employees who care a lot about the customer who come into the store and I appreciate so much what both of them did for myself and my wife and I feel that all high CEO of this company should know this information first hand because all of you don't have a clue what both of those individuals have to go through each morning in this community, at this location above thank you all for reading this latter of myself.... read more
