Absolutely the worst customer service. You are told you are eligible for a promotion and sign a document stating you are receiving g a promotion, then after the 30 days they attach the charges back on your account stating you actually were not eligible. This store is scamming so many people. They are liars, the manager backs them and will do nothing for the customers. I was a walk-in customer, I signed in at the front for an appointment to upgrade my existing line. Amanda helped me and although she was very knowledgeable on the phones and accessories I felt like the experience could have been better. The rep didn't power our phones off before taking out the sim card or memory card on our older phone which I was worried could corrupt saved data.
