Yes, I came to return equipment that I did not need and had Chris Chris be so helpful to do it and he was wonderful and he made it very enjoyable for me. He’s a good guy.
I arrived 30 min before close, I use my phone for business and it will not hold a charge. The lady checking me in was giving the guy before me all the reasons they won't be able to help him even before he was turned to an agent. She did the exact same thing with me, then made we wait 15 minutes while another lady was standing around doing nothing.
