Believe it or not (I couldn't believe it), there was no wait. Dominic took me right in and completed all of my requests right away. (I was switching the type of cell phone service I had and added internet.) I was having difficulty doing this through the customer service phone number, and they requested I go into a corporate store, which I did. Amanda set up yet another phone after my other old was over heating. Thank you Amanda and yhe young man that assisted her when she left I believe for lunch.
When my wife and I tried to pick up her phone and a couple accessories, we were greeted by someone who looked like a corporate observer or regional manager and brought to a sales rep to complete our online purchase. Sales rep promptly brought us the phone and screen protector, then asked if we were ready to install the protector and checkout.
