Rude customer service. Went in to ask about a fee. They basically laughed at me, shrugged their shoulders, and said they don't care because they were just told they're losing their jobs next week due to corporate is closing the store. I can certainly see why they are getting shut down.
Alan is a rock star!! We had a HUGE problem porting over a number from T-Mobile, but Alan helped us every step of the way. He is by far the best rep I have ever dealt with!! Thank you so much for all you help and your time!
Allen and Adam were so helpful and kind when I visited. I had an esim issue and they didn’t get frustrated when it wasn’t going to plan. Highly recommend this location.
