Allen and Adam were so helpful and kind when I visited. I had an esim issue and they didn’t get frustrated when it wasn’t going to plan. Highly recommend this location.
Customer called in to corporate and he was super pleased with the service. Customer has been in store multiple times and they helped him out with no issues and was willing to help
I had a good experience with Jim a sales consultant for Verizon. I told him what I wanted an gave me a few choices. Thrn he of course brought out the phone with a lot of up sales. Haha, which is a good sign of a good consultant. I recommend this Verizon store.
Adam is the best, most knowledgeable about all things Verizon and was able to resolve my complex cellphone line swap and phone reactivation issue very quickly 😀 (spent about 1 hour at another store at TC where they couldnt fix the issue) and even helped with optimizing my plan pricing while at it! Amazing Adam is all i can say, will only use this store from now on!
