Excellent service. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. As a customer it was nice to not be made to feel like an interruption or inconvenience.
Verizon as a whole feels like going to a used car dealership, you have to watch out for fees and getting charged for stuff. The guys at the Petoskey store are pretty decent though.
