After going to 2 other Verizon stores we worked with Adam L. at the Petoskey store. He upgraded our plan and made suggestions to reduce our monthly bill. He was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Good store, good people, Gabe deserves a bonus & raise. Gabe hooked us up with excellent service, patience, & insight. The whole crew was pretty helpful in general, but Gabe got the job done. He transitioned us into a new plan, made us aware of upgrades, caught & removed a recurring charge (never once brought up by anyone in the past at other stores or over the phone...what the hell) for a defunct protection plan, walked us through the financing, and helped us select new devices + accesories.
