Verizon Wireless has absolutely devastated our family. My son’s number was ported out without his permission, and Verizon refused to return it despite multiple calls and lies from their reps. Then they disconnected both my phone and my husband’s with no explanation. We are seniors—we rely on our phones for emergencies and family.
