I had to stop by with my grandpa to help him for an upgrade. He had been using his iPhone 10 long enough. He was able to convert to Samsung Galaxy s26 ultra... Fancy lol. The lady was very helpful and patient to help get everything settled in. Transferred everything needed with a wireless method, like wow; very cool. The phone is very big comparing to s23 lol. But it was worth it. So far he's enjoying his new phone.
I had an eSIM issue. Visited the store to fix it. It took less than 15 minutes.
