Just rude
I went in to pay my bill, and Ashton went above and beyond, not only did she fix the account but got my Verizon working and even registered my Disney bundle and Netflix! 5 stars-

Did not help our problem
Walked into this store twice. Wasn't even greeted the first time and on the second, a Mgr was kind enough to at least say hello and answer a few questions but made it clear he wasn't a salesperson (interesting hierarchy). When one of the other two employees became available, they reluctantly engaged me and then quickly pointed out they weren't a salesperson either! Not really sure how this store makes money but lucky for me there was an AT&T store just across the pkg lot. Adios!!
