Mgr was unbelieving- Unprofessional- threatening-argumentive-back talk-disrespectful of elders- could not remember seconds after repeating email address 3 times and spelling it and writing it down on sticky- had my address as my last name- phone number for contact would not transmit a text one time code -did not understand the verizion routing problem with verizion business customers etc, took 4 hrs to resolve
General Company Review‼️ I would recommend going with ANY other providers besides Verizon. Their data is slow and even stops working when I enter any building. This month they cut off my service without warning and come to find out the issue was on their part. They sent an upgrade 5G sim card to me for another issue but I can't get anyone on the phone to activate it. It's been 4 days of calling. I'm assuming my numbers been black listed since I had to get assertive to resolve the other issue. I'm currently on hold going on 4... read more
