Received wrong phones, called customer service, they said we could go to the cooperate store and get the correct devices. Drove over 30 minutes to get to the “coperate” store, walk in and explain why I was there. Greeted with a guy that rolled his eyes and yelled for the manager. Manager walks over with an attitude, says “Yeah, I can correct it, but it will cost you over $500 out of pocket!” This is after spending nearly $400 just to receive the phones!
