Rip offs. $108 a month for one phone? What a joke.
Drove 45 minutes to get help with replacing my son’s phone. Told the woman in the front what I needed and she had zero interest in helping me! If you don’t want to help costumers get a different job!
i'm not one to write reviews but whoever was at the door greeting people did not have a badge on so I couldn't even say who it was had a horrible attitude. Refused to help me get off my sisters account and move my line to my own account (which i know is possible at this location) and help me with purchasing a tablet. I hear a lot about this location being god awful with helping customers do anything out of they're way and my gosh was everyone i had spoken to right.
I have been in the store three times in the past two weeks because something is wrong with the service in this area. I will have full bars and have 5G on my phone, but in certain areas of town, I cannot do anything. All three times they could not help me. The first time the guy said he will reset the settings on my phone and it didn’t fix it. The second two times the people wouldn’t even look at my phone. All they did was ask me how old my phone was and try to make a sale even though I still owe on my phone for another year.... read more
