He helped me get a new phone when the sales systems had been down for 2 hours (yes, I waited)!! He is patient and very attentive, a great listener. He helped with my Apple Watch frustrations and new phone settings when I returned to turn in my old phone. Again, love, love the FS Rogers Ave. Verizon store!! 🥰
I used a promotion for my new phone at this location. The single star is for the employee who assisted my father in adding me as an account manager. The promotion was not a trade in offer, yet the employee continued to trade in my old device before activating my new one. This caused an issue with the activation of my device, which Tim at the Phoenix Ave location resolved after 2 persistent hours of work. This location is most definitely the lesser of the two. Choose the Phoenix Ave location!
Came in after being confused about Straight-Talk’s horrid 2-day long runaround, and was helped by Dustin and Barzan, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and it was effortless. These guys know what they’re talking about and are real professionals who can help.

I have a business account with five lines. Had this account for over 15 years. Came to store to get an upgrade because my screen was glitching. Been in store for 3 hours and the staff can’t figure out why their system to work. Three hours watching them walk around. Now they are canceling the order to try again….. Go with AT&T, I’m making the switch.
