The "employees" ignore their customers, play on their own personal phones directly in front of you, flirt with each other, and they have zero professionalism. As a former office manager, I would have fired all of them in this store long ago. I will be contacting their corporate regional manager. I've seen better professionalism and customer service at gas stations in actual third-world countries. Verizon should be greatly embarrassed unless, like their employees at this store, they equally could not care less...
