yesterday we went to the Anderson store with a large problem with our two phones that your greenwood store set up for us and it was a mess well. Angie at your Clemson store helped us and not only did she fix the problem but was very knowable and was smiling the hole time my wife and I give her 5+ stars for her help .Thank you Angie Jim & Bonnie Anacker

Could I rate a negative star? The store was busy yesterday so we were told to make an appt. Had A 10:00 am appt. They called our name at 10:10. Then we sat for another 20 minutes while three sales people ‘finished up’. They were spending more time socializing with customers than finishing a sale. one of the sales guys did not know how to process a customer. two more sales guys came in, and they took new people in line not ones that had been called already.
