I wanted to take a moment to give a massive shout-out to Preston at Verizon in Anderson SC. Honestly, I usually dread going into a phone store, but he completely flipped the script. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and funny! If you’re heading to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Preston. He’s the gold standard of customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lewis is Amazing. Whatever he makes, He needs a raise. He went above and beyond in helping 2 of us get upgrades. We were in store for several hours and he was polite and never once got frustrated with very technical issues.. Thank you so much Lewis. We will ask for you anytime we come back
Went today with my phone having Google issues. Sam was very helpful and tryed to fix. After he restore few things he asked for hel.by other employee. Amber I believe was her name younger lady wit red pink hair was rude and very unprofessional, when I was trying to explain her the issue she look at another employee and said tell her , excuse me I right here ma'am. Definitely not customer oriented and was more annoyed that she had to be interrupted from her personal phone.
Christina was wonderful with her service, she helped me find everything i needed.
