Did a prepay setup on online 2 days later it wasn't setup. So I decided to go to the local verizon store. I was greeted by a women named amber. I told her my situation and we started problem solving with customer service through the phone. 40 min later with dealing with customer service which by the way I think is in india or sounds like it is and horrible.
