We come here for all our phones and tablets. The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable.
Customer service is horrendous. The staff made me feel as if I wasn't important enough to serve. This was my second visit to this store and it was no difference in either visit. I recommend finding any other location.
Made an appt online for my mother, arrived early. Staff was very courteous. Nykey is the young gentleman who helped us. Very helpful, knowledgeable AND VERY PATIENT WITH MY ANXIOUS 83 YEAR YEAR OLD MOTHER! And I mean very patient. Smooth phone transfer. Highly recommend.
I was very impressed with this store... I was greeted by Alexa when I entered the store... she greeted and signed in everybody who entered... my phone was really messed up! I couldn't do "ANYTHING" with it; call, text, dial, cut off, cut on, swipe, NOTHING! and it wouldn't stop talking... Alexa was a genius to figure it out... she really should be the face of verizon, a one woman show!
