If I could give Verizon in general -100 stars for being a bunch of crooks I'd do it. They'll steal your money left and right and no one has the same tracking so you get told different answers. This manager sucks here. He's rude and absolutely disrespectful. Verizon thinks because you're a woman you're automatically naive. 15 years and I would definitely never give them a recommendation to my worst enemy. Crooks crooks crooks. Don't waste your time with them.

I was having a problem with my phone connecting to Verizon's network. And I got to this store at 10 am. I worked with a gentleman who was fairly helpful in about an hour.I got my phone reconnected to the network. 20 minutes later in disconnected from the network. Again, and I went back to the same store and I waited for another hour.And I never got help. I had to go grocery shopping and other things that I had to do.So I left and I came back around four in the afternoon, and I waited again another hour and twenty minutes.And... read more

Jovon helped myself and my geriatric father get the flip phone he needed. He wasn’t pushy, was polite, and knowledgeable-answering all of our questions with ease. He later called when the phone arrived and patiently sat with us while he set up our phone. Jovan is an all around nice guy. I will definitely be coming back to Smithfield from Suffolk the next time i need to go to a Verizon store. You don’t encounter customer service like this often. I’m so glad I made the trip to Smithfield.
