Oh my gosh, I had a real problem because I got the upgrade for my family’s three phones, and my daughter (from out of town) picked up her new phone at Christmas, but left to go back home and left me with her old, un-erased iPhone to turn in. My experience at this location was outstanding on 12/27/25. All of the staff were responsive as soon as we walked in. The store was fairly empty, so I'm sure that played into our getting undivided attention. The music was pumping, the speakers were impressive, and I think I'll probably get some for my husband. The young man who waited on us was extremely professional. I think his name was Albert. Kudos to them at this location for being so unusually professional.
The service provided was subpar, as they promoted an inexpensive Wi-Fi service but failed to offer any assistance. Consequently, I had to visit another store for assistance. The Chesapeake location was able to be transparent about the Wi-Fi service, which was a positive experience. I will not be returning to this store in the future.
Horrible customer service! I’m not sure if they get commission but they definitely work like they do! This one particular African American girl with long fake hair that works there acted like she had an attitude bc I was asking her questions regarding my account while I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE as if she wasn’t previously helping me and that’s not apart of her job, instead she went on to other people and when I had questions I didn’t even feel comfortable asking her because she had an attitude when I asked ... read more
