Some of the worst customer service I have seen at any Verizon store. We have been waiting for an hour and I'm watching 4 employees standing around not helping customers. Update still the worst customer service and they use under handed sneaky tactics so they can make better commissions

Oh my gosh, I had a real problem because I got the upgrade for my family’s three phones, and my daughter (from out of town) picked up her new phone at Christmas, but left to go back home and left me with her old, un-erased iPhone to turn in. Well, she could not remember her screen time passcode, so we were hitting a brick wall on erasing her old iphone! Last night, I spent 45 mins on the phone with Apple; they could not help me. They told me they’d need her to sign into her old phone with her face, and she lives 4 hours away... read more

My experience at this location was outstanding on 12/27/25. All of the staff were responsive as soon as we walked in. The store was fairly empty, so I'm sure that played into our getting undivided attention. The music was pumping, the speakers were impressive, and I think I'll probably get some for my husband. The young man who waited on us was extremely professional. I think his name was Albert. Kudos to them at this location for being so unusually professional.
