Came here after a terrible experience at T-Mobile and had a great experience. Sam helped me get setup with a plan and a new phone and was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. The other employees that seem like sales support?? We're also super friendly and overall it was a really pleasant and easy experience. Only reason for a 4 star is because the customer next to me at the table was clearly made very uncomfortable by the white guy with the beard who was helping the woman who was serving her. Recently moved to Seattle and lost my phone. The store manager, Jason, and the associate helping me, Kyle, were both beyond amazing and helpful. Highly recommend going to this location for any Verizon needs. Would give 6 stars if possible! Thanks again!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with the store’s manager (Jason) at Verizon at the Northgate location. Not only was he dismissive and disrespectful, but his actions were both unethical and unprofessional. He knowingly gave us a broken internet box and mishandled the setup of our new plan, causing unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration. Been going to this Verizon store for a decade for phones and upgrades. Never a bad experience. Just today, Aug 2, 2025, had exceptional support and service from Jason, a manager. I realize it's hit or miss in retail situations like this, so it was great to leave feeling satisfied.

This store closes 1 hour early everyday. Even tho I am Verizon user they refused to help me and told me to get out. When I asked why they are closing the worker said “my store my rules” tone was rude Shame! Do better Verizon!!!
