Worst Verizon store ever. First : busy traffic location . 2nd: Super rude and judgmental employees. There is one employee there that is the worst and you’ll know them when you see them . Came 10 minutes early and they talked to their manger until after my appointment time . Then couldn’t even help my situation. Didn’t even bother to help update my address in the system even after having my drivers license.
Great customer service and they had exactly what I needed for my new phone!

The workers are incredibly rude, lack knowledge to assist customers, and generally do not care. I will never go to this store again.
Today I received the worst service ever and I regret porting over my service to Verizon. Great Customer Service is one of the number one ways to win a Customer over.
