The workers are incredibly rude, lack knowledge to assist customers, and generally do not care. I will never go to this store again.

Today I received the worst service ever and I regret porting over my service to Verizon. Great Customer Service is one of the number one ways to win a Customer over. I decided I wanted to upgrade and was shopping for new service. I came across a great deal and ended up switching services and porting my number over. Disorganized Chaos

Have my own issues with the rest of Verizon- and we no longer use their service. HOWEVER after trying to return equipment for months, and corporate charging us anyways...this store was SO helpful. Other locations/the corporate number did absolutely nothing and basically said "too bad." Our credit card reversed the charges but I wanted to try and return it one more time. The associates here were empathetic and friendly and gave me another option to get it done without wasting my time. Greatly appreciated!!!
