Jeff was amazing. Corporate transition and my account charges weren’t what was expected for the upcoming bill. Very disappointed in what was gonna be a surprise from my account bill for the following month from the old corporate store. I hope for the best for the new changes at this location but Verizon corporate needs to do better. Jeff and new team are very helpful and we are thankful!
DJ at Verizon in Santa Clara I worked with him for many years he is an excellent businessman, he is very professional always courteous I appreciate that I would work with him again.
