Terrible cell service
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to resolve both of my concerns promptly and efficiently. AB was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Would definitely recommend this location. Thanks Guys!
Martin was amazing! He helped us successfully resolve a carrier transfer issue that several other Verizon stores couldn’t handle. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. We really appreciate all of his help. Highly recommend working with Martin!
Absolute wonderful customer service from Montana at Verizon. I had a very tough situation that wasn’t her fault! Most of the blame lies on Visible, who sold me a locked phone that they did not unlock after 60 days. Recently visited this location to upgrade phones and add a new phone+line. Was greeted by Christian immediately and sat down to discuss options. This process took time as I had multiple requirements for the phones / plans....at no point did I feel rushed. Christian patiently looked at every option and found the best deals while still meeting our needs.
