Absolute wonderful customer service from Montana at Verizon. I had a very tough situation that wasn’t her fault! Most of the blame lies on Visible, who sold me a locked phone that they did not unlock after 60 days. Recently visited this location to upgrade phones and add a new phone+line. Was greeted by Christian immediately and sat down to discuss options. This process took time as I had multiple requirements for the phones / plans....at no point did I feel rushed. Christian patiently looked at every option and found the best deals while still meeting our needs. Weeks after, I had a billing issue....returned to the store and Christian worked with Verizon customer service to solve it on my behalf. Great experience....would not hesitate... read more
