It’s a good store. But this review is Verizon as a whole. Verizon is notorious for horrible customer service. Most customers know the pain it takes to call for any sort of help. Verizon dividend yield continues to drop as with the share price. Over the past 5 years the stock price of Verizon has declined over 33%. As Verizon continues its down trend so will it’s customers and customer service.

Employees are Rude at best ...not smiling ..just kinda non chalauntly sauntering around ... I pre paid online Went to pick up my order and complete the transfer to Verizon. I have in writing that no more charges will be needed when I go in the store They tried to charge me 80 $ additional. THEY opened the phone ( which I have still NEVER had in my possession), then told me it's a 50$ restocking fee ..YEAH NO ...THEY BUMPED THERE HEADS IF THEY THINK I'M PAYING THAT ...NOPE ....plus 30 more to transfer the information...SERIOU... read more
I will give you more stars if you can help me. I want to make an appointment to come in and talk to someone about my plan and to help me manage my data usage. I don’t want to come in there and be asked if I have an appointment when I am not able to make one.
I go in to make sure we have international calling. They ask for ID and said they can’t do help me because my official name is Charles and not Chuck as is on the account. Even after giving them, my phone number, wife’s phone and name, billing address, etc. “We can’t help you” was the response. Absolutely ridiculous. Plus the manager and kid helping never heard that Chuck is a nickname for Charles. As a long time Verizon customer this is the worst service ever.
