I want to recognize Christian Hernandez, He gives the best customer service and explains everything clearly. I went to Verizon store by el Camino. He assisted me to obtained a new phone and get phone line. best services ever.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. Last night I waited for almost an hour without a single employee acknowledging me or asking what I needed. When I was finally helped, I was told they couldn’t assist with transferring my number to an eSIM. At a minimum, customers should be acknowledged upon arrival instead of being ignored. This would save time for both customers and staff.
Like really enjoying David as he sold my son and I new phones and is being very helpful now getting us used to it
