After spending two weeks with an order placed online and 8 hours with phone support, this store were the only ones that helped complete the issues. Marco was awesome, very knowledgable and went well beyond my expectations! Also, the manager Nader was awesome as well! Thank you Marco and Nader! Best store experience by far! Highly Recommend

I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and I am blown away by the lack of training and competency within this company lately and with this store location … MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AND IM TURNING TO LEGAL ACTION … I’ve been into this location multiple times and been on the phone with customer service numerous times … I have been met with nothing but lies and false promises … I was offered a promo and never received that discount been charged late fees when I’ve never made a late... read more
