I went into this store this Tuesday and was discriminated against due to disability by a female store clerk and the manager that day. I told them that I was disabled and they still refused to address my problem. I also told them that Verizon’s customer service said that I can return my phone whenever I am able to due to my being disabled. They still denied to assist me. Had a horrible experience with Wendy. We were there for an hour and when she finally came to us she dropped the bag of phones and said here. Hello? How are you? My name is Wendy I’ll be helping you out today? Sorry for the wait???? mind you there’s 4 phones and These phones still needed to be activated. No manners, no respect and disappointing.
