I had such a positive experience here today. Switching my phone carrier could have been very frustrating because my previous carrier made the process difficult, but everyone was incredibly helpful and considerate throughout the whole visit. I especially want to thank Janay for going above and beyond to support me. I left feeling truly cared for and I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service I received.🥰

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, which made my visit pleasant. I found what I needed quickly, but the store was quite crowded and it took a while to get assistance. Overall, a decent experience but could use a little more space for customers.

First timer to this retail store on Monday, March 30, 2026. Initially after signing in and waiting for 20 minutes, we were skipped over in line when nobody called our name! The first representative didn't acknowledge us when we were sitting inside the store and put us back on the waiting list after we told him we didn't hear our name being called at all.
