I came into the Verizon store asking for a home internet. The sales representative had lied to me, and sold me some hot spot garbage internet instead. When I tried to return it and cancel the service, they've refused to do that for me. They're the most dishonest people. Misleading customers, taking advantage of their technological incomprehension. Eric & Fernando were beyond helpful! They really need a rise for the type of service and effort they showed , they ended up staying way past their closing time just to finish helping us out so we wouldn’t have any troubles later on and they where very kind and accommodating about it , they need recognition for that type of effort !

Ask for April - She’s delightful and so helpful! She was patient, kind, and provided excellent customer service. She and her husband Eric at the Tacoma store helped my husband and I upgrade my phone and his iPad. They’re a great team, and they met all of our needs quickly and efficiently and made a stressful (we’re not tech ppl) process simple and efficient. We’ll be back.

Rude phone salesman when we stated we weren't interested in their 5G internet after we earlier had stopped by asking questions about another topic. Just suddenly immediately hung up. No thank you or nothing. They were helpful in the store during that interaction.
