Joe did an awesome job helping me port over. He was a chill guy and the whole team did their best when the system froze up. 3 stars due to in store pricing being a bit off from the online quote I built before going in, and it took 2 days for it to get done with the home internet swap.
Update; I upgraded to the 16 pro max. Young lady that helped me was in training and I understand we all have to learn. She was great!!! This was 5 service Came back in and got the watch and the young lady that helped me was tired. This was 0 service Came back for the 3rd time and asked to have the insurance taken of thewatch, Vietnamese gentleman said he took it off. Four and a half hours and then an additional 24hour wait was above and beyond brutal! Small business owners beware! Our only recourse was to call Verizon direct. Less than an hour and a half later, we were far and away further along. This has been a longstanding issue. It's definitely not been our first rodeo. The onliest way in which to lasso this situation to the ground is to call Verizon direct.
Trash. Absolute trash.
