I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I visited the store to upgrade my phone and was told that I needed to pay $472 before the upgrade could be processed. I paid the amount immediately, and the money was withdrawn from my bank account on the spot. However, after taking my payment, the staff informed me that they could not give me the phone because the payment had not “processed” on their end. The staff at Verizon was friendly and helped me find the right plan for my needs, which was a plus. However, the wait time was a bit longer than I'd hoped, and I felt a little rushed during the setup process. Overall, a decent experience but could use some improvements in efficiency.
Edward is AMAZING!!! He was SO HELPFUL!!! I’m not very good with my phone and he helped explain how my phone works and helped me update my cloud payment method! He was really great!!!
