I usually don't buy phones in-person, but at least this location has a selection of all the new phones when they come out, so I can decide what phone I want to buy. Really friendly staff who were nice about me just coming in to look and not actually buying anything. No one tried to upsell me on anything. Thanks Verizon!
The store didn't have what I needed and really acted like it was a problem to help me at all. The one representative I was working with let the other lady take over all she did was call another store to have them hold onto a phone I was looking to get cuz they didn't have it and was on back order etc etc etc -
I had to go in to the store because the people I dealt with online completely screwed up the activation of my new phone and shut down my other phone by accidently switching my phone numbers on both my phones so they became emergency only phones! So I race to Verizon which was hard because I don't have a car and with only half hour before they closed the girl who "helped" me did absolutely nothing but tell me my phone's would be fine in 1 hour enough time for her to get out of work and of course nothing had been done 1 hour l... read more
Greg and Dawn absolutely amazing. Customer service 1000%. Hook me up with a brand new iPhone 16 with minimum upfront cost and my monthly bill is under $100. Didn’t think I qualified for Verizon. They proved me wrong. Dawn was even dealing with a difficult Customer when I walked in she handled that situation with such grace and professionalism. I hope those two employees stay employed with Verizon as long as possible.
Horrible customer service and rude rep. Went to pay my son's bill like always and she would not give me any information even with my son on the phone. Told her to get another job and she kept yelling at me all the way out the door.
