Terrible customer service. Lied to on quote, Lied to about return time, Lied to from Sean Dugan the District manager, Lied to from Sabrina @ perryville mo. These people are terrible at there jobs. Lawyers will be involved and EVERY phone call and in person meeting was recorded. Even you SEAN DUGAN putting your face down on the copier making copies of your face with customers in the store waiting!!! Congrats!
I went in to see about possibly upgrading, and from the start the associate helping me seemed very uninterested and cold. I tried to get clarification on what my phone options were when I did upgrade and was met with a half answer. I’ll be going to Best Buy when I’m ready to upgrade my phone.
I usually don't buy phones in-person, but at least this location has a selection of all the new phones when they come out, so I can decide what phone I want to buy. Really friendly staff who were nice about me just coming in to look and not actually buying anything. No one tried to upsell me on anything. Thanks Verizon!
The store didn't have what I needed and really acted like it was a problem to help me at all. The one representative I was working with let the other lady take over all she did was call another store to have them hold onto a phone I was looking to get cuz they didn't have it and was on back order etc etc etc -
