While trying to open an account, the agents messed it up so badly that management had to step in, fully close it, and start over—a process that took 3–4 people, including management, just to reverse their mistakes. Five months later (discovered today, 5/5/2025), I find out I’ve been sent to collections with TrueAccord—for only $9. Verizon never sent a single notice about this balance: no email, no letter, no phone call, nothing. Completely blindsided. Avoid opening an account at this branch.

Walked in with 6% battery life, a full bladder and a dinner reservation in 20mins. I was clearly overdressed and somewhat stressed that my phone was going to die. I was in a city I wasn’t familiar with and hoping to buy a battery pack with some juice in it to save my phone. The representative read my energy immediately. He got me a battery pack, a USB cord for the rental and got quick permission for me to use the employee bathroom.
