This was my first time using Verizon, and it will absolutely be my last. I had a very disappointing experience with this Verizon store. Before we switched our numbers over, the staff were extremely friendly and promised us a specific monthly price. However, once our lines were transferred, everything changed. They hiding fees,they charged extra fees.The actual bill was much higher than what we were originally quoted. This place is terrible. I had lost all my email data and just wanted some help to get any of my messages back. Unfortunately, their employee Nate was not interested in offering any solution and did the bare minimum. Also, when I told him that the “recovery” did not look correct, he told me he did not have time to manage my emails? Can you get any more rude and unprofessional? Did I asked first that? Get another job, Nate, you are awful to deal with!!!!
