They messed up my 60$ screen protector installing it. 1 star beceause I cant call anyone there to get eaze of mind I can return it. The pictures are taken of my brand new not touched by my hands phone right out of the box the tech put it in after installing the screen protector and case.
This store is ran very poorly and has no idea what they are doing. They talk trash about you right in front of you to the customer they are with. I tried to trade my phone there, they can't do it. I tried to drop off an old phone there, they were totally lost. I do not recommend this store. Avoid it! The Young people they hire, need to be fired. There is no professionalism at all.
Garron was absolutely amazing today! He helped my mother and I with a bill that was not correct and then spent hours with us helping to find the best phone plan and upgrade that accommodated our needs. His expertise and customer service was remarkable. Garron's care about his clients made a difference.
Elizabeth provides super customer service to us today! We had to fix a couple of things like billing problems from our new purchase, porting out from one service to another and adding people into manager account. She's got them all for us!ñ, one by one. Very satisfied with our visit, no bullshit, pure efficiency. 👍👍👍
