Yuri is amazing she was able to help make a stressful situation because customer service has done nothing but given me hell for 5 months and she was able to give me the advice needed to get my account taken care of
Waste of time. Came in to get 3 lines and had to unlock the Sims on our phones. Said they had to wait 2 hours to process to prevent fraud. We're there in person with ID verified. I don't think they have any clue what they're doing.... Bad customer service is a deal breaker.
Tofay was the second time I've dealt with an employee named Avery at the Brighton Verizon location. Just like the last visit where I dealt with him, I left upset and frustrated. Avery was smug, rude, and not treating me with respect. I asked for assistance returning my phone, he told me to call customer service to deal with it, I asked for his assistance and he replied very snarky by saying that he could dial the phone number and hand it to me while rolling his eyes. The WORST customer experience I have ever had!! The staff doesn't even know their own shipping details they charge for overnight delivery and shipping company doesn't even deliver on Sunday. Questioned the staff about that delivery date that was 3 days later for paid overnight delivery and they tell you to wait till closing time and come back they will help you then in a very rude condisending tone. If I had known that this was how they treated their customers I would have either picked a different store or a different carri... read more
They messed up my 60$ screen protector installing it. 1 star beceause I cant call anyone there to get eaze of mind I can return it. The pictures are taken of my brand new not touched by my hands phone right out of the box the tech put it in after installing the screen protector and case.
