EASY TO SEE WHY PEOPLE BUY ONLINE!!! 2 months ago my phone went black. Came here, was told the phone was unfixable, said he used to work for Samsung, they wouldn't do anything. I bought a new phone. Went home & called Samsung. Within 5 minutes had the phone rebooted & fixed. The store charged me a $50 re-stocking because they lied to me. Verizon credited me that charge. Came in today, bought a new phone & watch. The color we wanted was only available in the Orchard. The salesman said there is usually a $30 charge to transfer... read more

These guys are great here. Darin helped me get a pop up ad that was draining my battery on my phone. He took the time to go through my phones settings and this was something I spent weeks trying to fix. Very knowledgeable and very nice and respectful people here. Ive came here for years and recommend this Verizon store to everyone. 10 stars. Thanks again Darin!
