Very knowledgeable employee's, I had to come back to see them as i only had the my Colorado app and bot my physical ID. I understand it's company policy it was just frustrating to have to run home and get my wallet. However the manager Yuri was knowledgeable and helped me call in to get my phone activated and spent 2hrs with different departments trying to get my number fully ported over. If I could rate this Verizon store zero I would. The treatment I received when I returned my traded phone was absolutely terrible. The lady that has very short hair who dismissed me didn’t help me set up my iPhone and didn’t even allow me to sit in the chair . I would say this place has zero hospitality and zero respect for customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the manager Yuri, her unwillingness he help solve problems is completely unacceptable. The attitude by this manager, she was completely bothered by the fact she had to help someone with an issue that needed to be troubleshot. manager needs to be reprimanded by corporate. My advice is go to to a location that cares.
