Yuri gave me customer service that i havent seen in 10+ years. My issue was with my bill, that they dont control at this store, you have to call the corporate line. When i was on the line with the corporate people, Yuri gave me copies of my past bill for the most current info, and when the corporate person got a little rude with me, Yuri stepped in and got them back on track and my problem resolved. This store should be honored to have such a dedicated employee! Thanks again Yuri!
Today we went in to the Verizon Store at the Prairie CenterBrighton Co. We had wonderful customer service from Wesley! He took the time to explain our phone/fitbit problem to my husband and myself. We are seniors and appreciate all the time he took with us. Thank you! We have been Verizon customers for years and will continue!
I have been a Verizon customer for less than a week and I am not impressed!!! The guy at the store had absolutely no clue what he was doing and I should have known right then and there I was making a mistake!!!!! I transferred three lines to verizon and doubled my bill from what I was paying to have better phones and a better service, only to be swindled!!! Matthew and his team are great. Helped me and my family at every turn. And was quick as possible. We really appreciated the customer service that we had not found at other services. Thanks Verizon!! love my new Samsung galaxy s 25 ultra!
This store practically took my money and did not provide the service. This man did not follow through with proper procedure and I had to seek help from another store to finally activate my phone.
