I came here 4 separate times and FINALLY got someone that was actually helpful! Thank you Adam for sticking with me to help me get my phone. I’m so happy with it! Thanks again! As for all the other employees, not helpful at all!
a very bad experience, my phone number has only been opened for 4 months, the staff reported that I had a credit debt while I still paid the bill in full every month. And after verifying that the credit debt was from 2022, it was not mine. The staff made an appointment with me to refund that amount, but on the appointment day, we came and it was not resolved. It was a very bad experience. I will never recommend or advise my friends to use this network.
