I went in and got 2 new phones with a new plan. I was there for 3 hours and they upcharged me nearly $100. They didnt tell me there was student discounts and made me pay for the insurance, when I said I did not want it. Luckily I called customer service and now my bill is significantly less. If your going yo get verizon just call or go through the app. These people are money hungry.
Waited an hour to get waited on, then was told they will not do the deal that Verizon sends me on my app. Been with them 22 years longer then the kid was old waiting on me, then told me thanks for wasting his time, NEVER AGAIN WILL I TOUCH FOOT IN THAT STORE , NO CUSTOMER CARE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!

I went into take my number off of another account. The person sitting at the desk was extremely rude to me and told me to go about it another way and did not want to assist or help me in any way. I have been with Verizon since I can ever remember I am headed to the AT&t store.
