Would not help us with our problem. Told us to go back and call headquarters and would not even listen to us
Service was horrible didn't even set up my Samsung account on new device so now I can't get into my Samsung account they put in a new Gmail account so now I got two Gmail addresses and that's my account all messed up WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!
Staff had HS aged friends or family running around the store going into the back room cursing and yelling. Manager was uncooperative.
