My wife and daughter visit this store today because Verizon coustmer service send me to see if can check my phone after 45 minutes with Verizon coustmer service on the phone the send me to 1990 s Stratford rd wiston Salem was so disappointed when i get there waiting time and them the one manager the name Aaron ( no last name he say) was so so so bad coustmer service when I ask him about my phone he just say you have to call your insurance I can give the number for asurion insurance and wall away whit not respect is like they... read more
Ww was helped by Tyler Dean He was very helpful. We will be using him again. We had a very bad experience with Aaron he wasn't very honest and we wasn't very happy with him at all. We never want to use him again.

Bryce helped me out in the best way possible, getting 2 old phones ready for rebate and donation. He was careful as he placed a ZAGG glass protector on my new phone for me as well. As a 11+ year Verizon customer I've never been able to put the Zagg glass protector on properly, so I was thrilled. Bryce completed 3 crucial tasks in less than 15 minutes at 2 pm yesterday. I'm very grateful to have had such good service at this store.
