After 20 years with Verizon I switched. Very tall, dark haired representative was extremely dismissive did not help me with my problems although I gave him all the information in order for him to solve my problem. I went to spectrum my new phone service and they were the ones that informed me that, even though I had an eSIM, there was a Verizon SIM in my phone that was preventing my new service from connecting Worst customer service ever.
