Michael worked with us patiently for hours to get all of our lines over successfully, with most of the time spent with us on hold with our former phone carrier trying to get info needed to transfer! Excellent employees, very knowledge and patient, absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to switch service or upgrade their phone.

Not only was Michael extremely rude, he refused to return a device that they incorrectly sold me unless I paid $50 because the box was open. But I wouldnt have know that it was wrong unless I opened it.I had to pay $60 activation fee and now a $50 return fee if I want to return a device that should have never been sold to me. They are loosing a long time customer!
Returned a home internet that didn’t work the best after a couple weeks, tried to pay for the bill upon returning it and was told I would be refunded for using the service less than 30 days, I’ve received a call from version collections every day for the past two weeks since then and every time I answer to try to pay my bill they can’t find my account and continue to call me repeatedly every day.
