Going to preface this by saying my husband worked in a Verizon corporate store for 8 years and managed it for most of that so I know that the way they do things here is not kosher. We were "greeted" by someone who didn't even introduce himself and wrote our name down on a sheet of scrap paper rather than enter it into the queue which is what they're supposed to do but he didn't he didn't want to have his queue wait times to show that they were long. My Samsung Phone wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, nothing. I went to another Verizon Store, Best Buy, they didn't help. I came here, and Omar helped me. It turns out, it was a software issue. I thought my phone was bricked! But he fixed it! Highly recommend.
Kevin worked absolute magic to get my brothers number transferred from a phone he had lost. He was so patient with questions and gave us great options for a cost effective way to get a phone set up for my brother again. Thank you so much!!!
