Stopped in today and worked with Kevin. He was great and very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up buying a new iPhone 17 pro max along with an Apple Watch. Customer service was great
I firmly believe this company is why I been scammed so bad... ur phone holds everything u give em access to it... they trespass u from Verizon smh... they steal ur Google accts ur name info from ur acct they steal ur YouTube they even steal ur phone number ur bank accts and now my home...
Hein does awesome work, took care of the family and I. If you go to Verizon make sure it's the Cicero location. I've had nothing but problems with north Syracuse and others this is the legit Verizon store. Anthony is great too, ask for either one to help you. You'll be glad you did! 😃
