I don't think we realize how personal a visit really is. We let them into weird little worlds of how we use our devices and they help us, maybe even empower us. Life is hard enough and when my phone is betraying me it's the last straw. When I open the door look for Paul, he knows everything and everything he has told me about my device, my billing or my Verizon plan has been true. I hope you see this Paul! You've really helped me a lot these past couple of years thank you.
The customer service was wonderful and knowledgeable! Everyone was kind and helpful especially since we shopped with a busy toddler.
Best Verizon location hands down. Never a wait and the sales associates are extremely professional, and not pushy. They actively listen to your concerns and give you all of your options and let you choose. Dan and Ahmed were great.
Very helpful and took their time to explain everything to me. Also, my phone was pretty busted and they took the time to figure out how to transfer all my old pics to my new phone. Very grateful for that.
