Was told by customer service I could drop my old devices off at the Rochester NH VERIZON. Went there, informed they do not take them, they told me to go to Dover NH. Went to Dover, New Hampshire location and they told me they don’t take them, but I can go to Newington New Hampshire! Get it together Verizon do better!!!
My guy Rich was the best. He gave me some great advice and looked for every deal he could think of, ended up with a new phone AND taking some money off my bill. 10 out of 10 service.
