Nicole at deptford mall.... AWESOME ....patient and very knowledgeable. Was able to get our phone started, updated and all items transferred. Very nice to to work with!!!

Made an Appointment to upgrade 3 phones, got to the appointment 10 mins early After 10 mins the manager of the store told me there were walk ins ahead of me (why would someone with an appt not be given priority??) and told me she only had one sales person and would not get to us before the store closes. That manager did not even bother to help us actually that manager did not help anyone in that store. Verizon you may want to take a look at that store and how its run it does not reflect well on you. Won't be going back
This store used to be helpful, but today’s experience was unacceptable. The staff was dismissive and rude, refusing to assist with a payment issue and simply told us to “go home and call Verizon.” We've already done that, only to be stuck in a loop of useless AI prompts before being disconnected. It’s clear Verizon no longer values real customer support. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time.
Tom & Jon was taking care of me then my problem was with the corp side and Nicole jumped in and got me taken care of. Amazing customer service!!
