This store used to be helpful, but today’s experience was unacceptable. The staff was dismissive and rude, refusing to assist with a payment issue and simply told us to “go home and call Verizon.” We've already done that, only to be stuck in a loop of useless AI prompts before being disconnected. It’s clear Verizon no longer values real customer support. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time.
Tom & Jon was taking care of me then my problem was with the corp side and Nicole jumped in and got me taken care of. Amazing customer service!!
There are so many men here…as a survivor, I couldn’t bring myself to even ask for help. It’s really disappointing…do y’all even hire women?
Staff there is very insightful, efficient, and helpful.
