I went to the Verizon store on Paseo to get my new number ported over, which can be a difficult process. Rick helped me out. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, and he is a credit to Verizon.

Went in last week and was helped by Luis. He was fast and very patient with us. He explained the plans and laid out pricing which we appreciated. Ultimately, we ended up leaving without services because we had to wait on a bill from our previous carrier to generate on our app. We made an appointment and went back in today. We went in and were immediately greeted by Luis and the staff. He went over our different options again and we were able to switch over to Verizon and lower our monthly bill.
