My partner and I went here on Saturday evening to switch from our respective carriers to Verizon together. The wait to be helped was short. Dan was extremely kind, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The entire ordeal took probably about two hours to get our numbers carried over, service switched and new phones activated, but it didn't feel like it. Dan helped make sure we received as many discounts as were relevant to us as well.

I went into the store on a Saturday morning to get 2 new iphones and switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. On Monday morning the new phones were still not working and I called Verizon. Verizon said that the store had not entered our accounts yet into the system and I had to go back to the store to get the issue resolved. I went back to the store and Marcie blamed Verizon but it was their fault if they had not entered the accounts yet into the system.
