Extremely rude customer service. I was just there, waited 45 minutes before anyone approached me, probably because I am a senior citizen. Younger customers were helped before me. NOT RECOMMENDED!
As other reviews had mentioned we experienced very poor customer service at this location today. We were advised from Pottstown store to use this location to handle a situation that Pottstown was "not able" to manage. As we were greeted when we walked in, we were told that "wasn't something handled here" and was directed to call customer service...ok...fine.
