Poor customer service, poor product knowledge, poor company procedure knowledge,high cost. Use any other store if possible... the collegeville store is great
Chamar was so helpful and patient with the 3 of us. Helped us decide what phone was best as well as getting everything set up for us. Everyone else there was also very friendly. Will absolutely go back next time we need a phone

Extremely rude customer service. I was just there, waited 45 minutes before anyone approached me, probably because I am a senior citizen. Younger customers were helped before me. NOT RECOMMENDED!
