Our bill was supposed to to be $118 or so dollars as promised when we switched. We brought all paid off phones with us so there’s. No equipment charges. Now our bill keeps going up and up. 4 months in and we are now at $312 dollars and the store manager doesn’t return calls. See attached photo of last 4 bills. Verizon and this store will say anything to get you to switch and lie right to your face as they tell you every month the next month will be less but it just keeps going up. They really need to be reported to the BBB.

Anthony is an earth angel. Dan was also really kind. This location is way better than Harleysville.
My partner and I went here on Saturday evening to switch from our respective carriers to Verizon together. The wait to be helped was short. Dan was extremely kind, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The entire ordeal took probably about two hours to get our numbers carried over, service switched and new phones activated, but it didn't feel like it. Dan helped make sure we received as many discounts as were relevant to us as well.
