Bought 4 new phones from them. Took home to activate. Watch wouldn’t connect with new phone. Went back in to take old phones back and to get help with watch connection. Was told they couldn’t do anything and I was stuck with a watch that wouldn’t work. 4 people not doing anything in that store no help from anyone. Terrible customer service for someone who has had 6 lines of service with them for near ten years. Got the sale for new phone and are not willing to do anything unless they will make money off it.

Awful customer service experience. We called ahead to make sure we didn’t need an appointment for a phone upgrade. We arrived and were greeted by an associate. He asked us our phone numbers but struggled looking up our information. He asked for help and did get it, but didn’t get far after that. He disappeared into the back room for 15 minutes. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. All employees were unable to help any customer who walked in the hour I was in the store. Everone left angry. They were making a lady wait for a store manager they couldn't get ahold of and kept telling her 30 minutes.
