Awful customer service experience. We called ahead to make sure we didn’t need an appointment for a phone upgrade. We arrived and were greeted by an associate. He asked us our phone numbers but struggled looking up our information. He asked for help and did get it, but didn’t get far after that. He disappeared into the back room for 15 minutes. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. All employees were unable to help any customer who walked in the hour I was in the store. Everone left angry. They were making a lady wait for a store manager they couldn't get ahold of and kept telling her 30 minutes.

Made it clear from the outset that they were not interested in selling me a phone. Provided a quote for a lesser phone and a lesser plan that I had not asked for. Only after I declined and asked for the better phone was I informed that they were out of all versions of that phone so I should just order on line. It was a complete waste of 30 minutes and one of the oddest sales experiences that I’ve had.

It was supposed to be open until 7:00 perthe internet, but apparently they closed at 5:00 for the holiday with no notes on the doors or anything it was 5:01 when we arrived and the doors were locked but there were people in there and cars in the lot. I gave him two stars because they came out to talk to us. It was also the last day of a pretty good phone promotion which means we missed it.
