If I could give Verizon zero stars, I would. The level of dishonesty and mismanagement I’ve experienced is beyond unacceptable. I purchased the Samsung S24 on promo in December and was told I would receive the Samsung TV as part of the deal. That turned out to be false because the free device promo was applied instead. Sales person not truthful, felt very rushed, when asked what my monthly bill would be he said “already told you” and wouldn’t answer my questions. I left confused and regretted doing business with Verizon. My first bill showed $1,700 due. I spent 4 hours on the phone rectifying this situation. Shameful way to do business. I will never recommend doing business with Verizon.
Rafael at this location was very stellar in helping us to resolve fraudulent activity on our account. Service was timely and he was very knowledgeable and patient.
I want to commend the manager (I regret forgetting his name) for his outstanding customer service on New Years Day. He spent over an hour helping my elderly father get his phone working, demonstrating incredible patience, calmness, and professionalism throughout the process. His willingness to go above and beyond made a potentially frustrating situation a great experience. Thank you for your kindness and expertise!
I've spent about 4 hours online and on the phone, trying to cancel all Verizon services. On Nov. 26, a Verizon rep confirmed that everything was canceled and all bills were paid. Then I received another bill because the rep never processed the cancellation. I was locked out of my account because I was a past customer, but still being billed for some ghost active account that even the CSRs could not identify.
