awful, better off going to the leawood location on 119th & Nall for excellent customer service and deals
We have been to this store 4 times in 4 days and they still could not resolve our issue. In fact everything they have told us is the opposite of the information I received from Verizon Customer Service. One phone call to them and our issue was resolved. Time is valuable and you have wasted ours. Less than a week we have been Verizon customers and nothing short of a nightmare. Truly regret switching providers!
