Crazy to think that your going to get the actual help you need if you go to the store in person. Boy was I wrong. Spent almost in hour waiting on top of that I thought I was going to be getting helped by a human….. nope. Had to call a service number and talk to a robot. Think it’s just mind blowing to have someone come into the store and you just give them a number to call and nothing happened. When we finally got helped it took him 3 seconds.
