I have had the cell service for 64 days. My first call on my new phone was a spam call. I've had 100s of them. A bill that should only be 100 a month has turned into $600 since January 6th. I only have 1 line. Plus I just woke up to find out my number has been stolen and added to another device. Verizon is turning out to be a huge mistake.
Crap company. Horrible customer service. I talked with over 40 agents and was on the phone for over 12 hours over 3 days and they still couldn't get 5g home 100 meg to work right. I only got 35 meg when lucky. With one TV and one cell phone the TV buffered every few minue minutes. Made memake go to a 500 meg and only received 100 download. Save your money and find a better internet provider
I want to thank Tyler, Ryan, and Alex for a remarkable experience. I recently changed from US Cellular to Verizon and all three helped make it a seamless transition. I appreciated the knowledge, kindness, and support they provided. I am excited to be a new customer to Verizon!
