John at Verizon was SO helpful! It was a stressful week being a Cellcom customer because of the outage and I needed a new working phone FAST. John helped guide me through all the options & made the process easy and painless. We are using a port-in-later method so I can get my original phone number when Cellcom is back up and running. A huge thank you to the three employees that helped me and my son set up his phone yesterday. I really appreciate their expertise and patience, and they did not make me feel like I was wasting their time. Unlike Ben the extremely RUDE and disrespectful manager at the Grand Chute location.!!
Barb Hillman and I would like to thank Max Walter for all of his valuable time in helping us set up new accounts and phones. He even worked well beyond his end time today to make sure we left with our new phones ready to use. There also were other staff who helped Max to take good care of us and for that we all of them a big debt of gratitude.
Not sure why there’s even a store open to go when we went there to set up a new plan and we were just given a piece of paper with a phone number on it to call instead of the people actually helping us.
A big “shout out” of thanks to Cody at Calumet Street Verizon for his fine, friendly service in setting up my replacement phone. What is a nerve-racking task for me was handled seamlessly and with ease by Cody. I was in and out in no time and I truly appreciate his expertise and kind manner. Thanks Cody!!! K
