Clearly they need better management. 7 years with verizon and have never been to a store this disorganized or lacking customer service.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’m not sure what’s going on with this Verizon store, but my parents have gone in twice in two days and were met with impolite, brash, and completely unhelpful employees. For comparison: I live in Menomonee Falls and had a great experience at my local Verizon. The staff there were exceptional when I needed to transfer my phone and start a new account with my husband. It's called customer service people. First I put in an order for the new Samsung 25 Ultra online BEFORE their closing time and to pick it up in the locker and it doesn't get done. I come in this morning and a rep I dealt with was rude right of the bat. Talking to me condescendingly like I don't how to use a cellphone, dude I'm 40 years old, I know I'm older than you so I'm pretty sure I know more than you do at this point in my life.
