I presently have 2 family members with Verizon. Was in with my mom. Mind you she's been with Verizon since they were AlTel. She retired from AMC. Really appreciate the help that we had gotten from the girl that helped us. Tried perswaing her to get a Smart Phone. Refuses L🩷ves her old school flip phone. Plus didn't want her bill to go up. First one we tried. Had to many features for herself, to remember and wasn't like her other phone. All because her battery died completely.
