New phone. Something got on it. Verizon store said they can't fix Useless!!
Dont do the trade in... First you can ONLY do it if you buy a contract, second you don't get the credit until you send them your phone (can get rejected), thirdly they lie to you saying that your line is eligible but it might not actually be for the full amount of you will have to switch to a new line, fourth they charge you extra to get the new phone onto the plan, finally they are persistent in not helping you after to purchase the phones. They will bill you for services not rendered. Stay away from Verizon! Unless you want to pay for things that you didn’t ask for!
