I called to asked a simple question and was rudely corrected by Mohamed, when there are better ways to not make a customer feel uneducated or stupid about it! It’s not hard to be kind!
What a joke. Make promises they can't keep...
Took care of my situation promptly and very professionally.
This company is a joke. I was on their plan for 15 years....switched to spectrum mobile and the service is literally the exact same for 1/3 of the price. Everyone should switch over...unless you enjoy pissing money away.
