The people are overall helpful and kind, but I find the sales people but the phones are obnoxious and so are the underhanded tactics (relevant to phones). Had a broken phone with no choice but the buy a phone there since my service is here. Bought a Motorola for X price. Unlocked versions online are the same price. After 60 days phone was unlocked from the carrier but found out I couldn't change services to ATT network because the phone is actually -V version which is exclusive to Verizon. Why? Got charged a late fee every month even though I paid my phone bill a week early. When I brought it in they said they didnt know how to fix it but it shouldn't happen anymore. Then I came in to just pay off my phone and cancle my plan, been sitting here for well over two hours just to pay a phone off and still can't seem to do that either. None of the employees seem to know how to do anything. Worst store imaginable.
I only go to two locations anymore. This one and Manitowoc. The service at these two locations are by far the best. Other locations are a pain and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Not these locations. Plus these two locations usually have the new stuff in stock without having to order in.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Verizon and especially about working with Chelsea! She is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond every time I stop in. Chelsea truly thinks outside the box and always finds solutions that work perfectly for my business account. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers are unmatched.
