It's the most unpleasant experience you will ever have. Don't go. If you need something buy it online, call the main Verizon number. I cannot remember a worse retail experience. Management should read this and hear alarm bells.
Whoever your manager is was literally not helpful at all but Jaren was the best ever! He helped us two days in a row and made everything super easy for us as new Verizon customers who were experiencing setup difficulties.
I had an amazing experience at the Jericho Verizon store today thanks to Gregory! I was in desperate need of a new phone and nervous about changing. I had a million questions and Gregory answered each one! He was so professional, kind, honest and patient with me and gave me so much new information about my new phone. I CheckedIn at kiosk and waited for my turn over 10 minutes After working 8 hrs of Morning Job. When it came to My Turn Customer Service Guy (Tall skinny Curly hair guy) calls guy Who came after me. So Guy who came after me said "He came bedore me" Pointing at me.Yet Verizon C.S.Guy said "l don't care about him, l will help you" And completely ignored me.
