i would give them no stars if i could. This place is a joke. No one wants to help you or actually work. I put my name in the wait list and a guy who works there was busy talking to his associate so he did not bother helping me until he was done talking. I could hear their conversation since it was right there and they were not talking about work. The customer service guy who was an African-American, did not help me the way he should. He ignored everything he did not provide any information which can satisfy. This 15$ per hour worker has so much attitude like he owns the business or the whole Verizon.
Jaren was wonderful to work with! He was very nice, honest, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service—highly recommend Jaren!! Verizon is lucky to have him!
Wow! Greg helped me so much today I am truly blown away! I have had so many negative experiences with stuff like this in the past but Greg was absolutely incredible in catering to OUR best interests and executed it masterfully! Not only was he fantastic at helping us- but he was very quick and saved us a bunch of money on our bill as well! What a great guy!!! ATTN :VERIZON CEO- I DEMAND A RAISE FOR THIS MAN.
