I visited there for a solution…I buy iPhone from them … they said with 1 line 1 is free…I take it… but they add 1 more line…. And now they are denying to solve the problem… I am paying too much now… they are too much irresponsible .They don’t have good behavior,supporting behavior with customers.I really regret to taking the line and the ph from these people . They never give full and correct information to customers. They add new line to my account intentionally.
Never judge the store based on reviews. I was scared away by the reviews when I saw those reviews. Instead of going to this nearby store, I went to one that has better review but a bit distance. But they can’t help with mobile order issues so I have to come back here . I was scared and worried if my problems could get solved so asked my sister to tag along to be my backup . I bought an adapter from Verizon in Jericho n it stopped working after 40 days n they refused to make an exchange They did not even want to give me the information to get a credit . The worst customer service I ever received.
