Phenomenal service! Meg was absolutely amazing — so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She explained all of our perks, guided us toward the best decision, and answered our silly questions. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend! (Def needs a raise!)
Megan was an excellent representative. She was very knowledgeable and personable. If I can have customer service like that at every establishment I would gladly spend my money every time. We felt very comfortable with her, joked around a little, and had a good time overall. Felt like we’d been knowing her for a while rather than just meeting her like we did.
Brandon was awesome to work with and went well beyond above what he had to do to make sure everything that Verizon messed up with our order right. In the end, it all worked out and we are pleased with the TCC and the staff and that location. Thanks, Brandon, for all your work!
