Horrible customer service.
Verizion Wireless is a company that while it needs little introduction is in need of some serious transparency as a company, while staff members are relatively knowledgeable and friendly the level of service does not extent to actually being helpful, often telling you to call verizion customer support or excusing absurd and outright flagrantly overblown charges on ones account. Overall a good carrier but not the best by far and not the most helpful store nor staff but not the worst. Variety and convenience is high
Needed to change my phone number. Young man helped me all the way through and fixed everything.
Always have issues when we go in store with them charging us more or with stuff we don’t need saying it’s “the only way to do it”. I’ve had to call Verizon support each time after going in there to have them fix everything. The representative on the phone said it’s because they get incentives and bonuses for the more they sell! DONT RECOMMEND IF WANT YOUR BILL TO BE RIGHT!!!!!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!!
