Can help much on trouble shooting a phone problem, they tell you to call for service. I bought Utube TV from them but they can't answer any questions, we were promised a $150.00 visa card and never received it. They go abe a # to call that know one ever answers.

Verizion Wireless is a company that while it needs little introduction is in need of some serious transparency as a company, while staff members are relatively knowledgeable and friendly the level of service does not extent to actually being helpful, often telling you to call verizion customer support or excusing absurd and outright flagrantly overblown charges on ones account. Overall a good carrier but not the best by far and not the most helpful store nor staff but not the worst. Variety and convenience is high
