When trying to turn in my trade in the black woman with white hoodie (refused to tell me her name) told me she would not take it. When telling them that’s the email Verizon sent to return it here she laughed in my face and said they don’t do that and I was wrong. They are not corporate and they don’t take trade ins. Terrible service, they always close at 6 pm, not 7 pm as stated in their opening hours.
The worst experience ever . I mean she shut me down in every kind of way about my phone. Didn’t try to get a manager to go deeper but I went to another Verizon store on the 45 bypass and she helped me without a doubt and this is supposed to be a corporate location. Maybe that’s why yall got bought out I hope she leave that location. Some Asian looking girl but anyways 1 out of a 10 today’s experience 👎🏾
