We had a great experience with Bruce—he helped us get the best pricing when we changed phones and plans. He also took the time to answer all of our questions and was not rushed. And later, when we had some follow-up questions, he remembered us and was equally helpful. Really appreciated that!
Would recommend everyone go to a different Verizon store. The manager, Kit, only seemed concerned with making money. He made a mistake and signed me up for the wrong plan. When I tried to ask him to help me so he could fix it he continued to shoo me away stating he has other customers to attend to. I didn’t want to leave the store until I had everything squared away so I continued to ask him for help. He apparently already got my business and all the money out of me that he could so he didn’t want to give me the time of day.... read more
Molly has been so helpful with my business account. She was so helpful getting all our phones set up on a timely manner. She also helped when I needed it on a holiday. I was not expecting her to respond. She was more than attentive and so helpful. You will be in good hands at this store.
