Doug from Osage Beach has been helping us the last 2 days get new phones and a smart watch. He is great but Verizon on the back end I feel needs to step up there game. The worker has to call them to get anything changed and it's a pain. I drove all the way to Columbia to pick up my new Smart watch and still didn't get it today because there system has to wait 24 hours. Ridiculous.
The first team member I worked with in the store was incredibly rude. The gentleman that checked me in (because the first wouldn't) was great, but the person I ended up working with just rushed my issue through and didn't seem to care to actually listen to my concerns. Update - this store continues to get worse. This time when I walked in no one even said hello. One employee made eye contact and this disappeared into the back room. Avoid if possible
