I asked for the pin to move service to another provider. They told me that they cannot help me, I have to call the verizon service number but they kick me out of the store because the store is for customers only... with funny remarks - come back when you will be customer we happy to help... This is not bad reviews for Verizon by any means because I was generally happy with the service and my family are still with them. these people are crooks. Don't go there. Consider a different cell phone service altogether. Yesterday (Friday) I went into the store. My phone broke. I needed a new one. The phone I wanted wasn't in the store so I paid extra to have it overnight shipped to me. The salesperson (crook) guaranteed me it would be delivered to my house today (Saturday) before noon. Welp... FedEx says it won't be delivered until Monday, meaning I have to change my work travel plans, at my expense, to get a phone I was meant to have today. Additio... read more

I went in to upgrade my phone last weekend. The salesman told me the upgrade promo that I wanted was no longer offered and had ended the day prior. He said the only way to get an upgrade credit at that time was by adding a new line to my account and keeping my old phone active on the new line. I told him I didn't want a second phone and phone line, and he again said that was the current promo I needed in order to get the credit. They clearly need to get a number station for when you walk in. I went in and someone told me “we’ll be right with you”. I set my stopwatch and several minutes later a customer comes in after me. An employee comes out from the back and goes straight up to the guy and asks “how can I help you”. Chivalry is dead. The guy should’ve said “she was here before me”. Or the guy should’ve asked “which one of you came in first?” I left and went to a different Verizon. I’ll never be back to this one.
