The sales people are very helpful and reasonable. Usually they are very busy and I have to wait until someone is available. Some of the sales people are always trying to get you to buy more devices or accessories and that is frustrating. The loss of a star us not for the location, but for Verizon as a whole. Chris was amazing to work with at Christmas to get new phones for the whole family! Billing and credits not correct and he help to fix it! Great service! If you need phones go see Chris!
Christian and Isaac helped me and my girlfriend upgrade our phone and start our own plan and it went really well and smooth and they treated us like friends and didn’t have an attitude or anything definitely recommend!
Isaac was really patient helping me with my phone and he knew the problem solving well and taught me a lot so that I know what to do thanks a lot!!
We came into Verizon to upgrade our phone service. We were greeted in a friendly manner by Chris and he energetically invited us to join him at a table and proceeded to assist us with our needs. He helped us work through a couple of challenges we were having with our Verizon services, and helped us with our monthly bill to include saving us some costs that were unnecessary that we were paying for. We appreciate his outstanding service!
