After a week long battle and lots of help from Randy W. I find it important to praise the amount of patience this man has! My faith in customer service has been restored with the amount of time spent in this store this week not one person there is unprofessional. I went back today and met Hector P. to create a business account and he also could not have been more helpful. Super disappointed with how this worker treated me. I had gotten a message saying that they were ready for me to come pick up my new iphone, then coming into the store this lady who’s name I don’t know but she was a black lady, she wasn’t very nice from the start and made hand gestures that weren’t very nice. I don’t think this is how your employees should be treating their customers.
