I'm sure if you need to buy a new phone or upgrade your plan, this store would help you out. But if you need actual help with an issue, a broken piece of technology, or some other problem solving, go somewhere else. This store gave me the run-around multiple times, and the guy who helped me both times was very rude. When I lost data on my phone, he was insistent that my SIM card was damaged. Went in to upgrade my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S10E to an A54, but sadly they didn't have it in stock. Grant gave us all the information I was looking for - answering all my questions and then sparked my interest in the S25 series. Ended up upgrading to the S25 FE and I absolutely LOVE it. One of the best customer/provider interactions I've had in a long while. Great job and keep it up.!
The employee I dealt with at Glidewell drive location must really hate her job, no customer interaction, I don’t think she even said hello. During the whole quote process she never explained anything. Don’t think I’ll be switching to Verizon, they couldn’t beat AT&T anyway.
Came into the store to check on one simple thing about my business plan and been here for 42 minutes so far with no help in sight anytime soon. Always a busy store with never enough help.
