Go anywhere even trac/str8 talk as a current Verizon customer my phone almost never has signal and my bill for unlimited talk and text has somehow made its way from our original $90 to $153 a month for cell service that doesn’t even work horrible company and they’re billing and cell services is even worse and every time I check my bill they’ve added a new “tax” or “fee”

I went into the store late this afternoon after having iPhone issues on my son’s phone (that was purchased new 6 weeks ago) caused by Apple locking him out. Melody was super helpful, gave me several options of what I could do and gave me the pros and cons of each choice. She was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful after a frustrating 4 days of trying to fix his phone.
