Elijah needs a raise…. Period. Frustrated after spending close to 2.5 hours at the Verizon store the day before, just to leave an realize that our bill wasn’t going to be what we were told, and what we were promised didn’t go through. So the last thing we wanted to do was go back the next day, but we were helped by Elijah. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be and we were took care of. As an irritated customer over speaking witj customer care, and yesterday getting an address dealing with backpa k giving away. Mr jerome malloy reached out was helpful, and kne of the best experiences dealing with verizon in the last year, this man is a value and asset to real people and loyal customers.

Went to Verizon wireless, with and WiFi problem. Asked for Emerson who was very courteous, understood my problem and went to work on my phone. Explaining every step afterwards my problem was solved. Thanks Emerson !!
