My experience was excellent. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Regina Griffin, who could not have been more helpful and patient with me. She is very professional, extremely personable and knowledgeable about all the phones they offered. After my purchase she walked me through various aspects of my new foldable phone. If l or any member of my family needs service or a different phone, I will definitely recommend Regina. Cellular Sales/Verizon is indeed fortunate to have her in their employee.
