Went to a Verizon store on Huffman mill rd and spent almost 2 hours there trying to figure out why my phone gets shut off every 3 weeks. They could not get it to activate so after all that time I was sent here and a sweet young man named Grant helped me and not only got my phone up and running it only took him maybe 15 minutes. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Grant you got me to my mom who was in the hospital.
They need to help customers stay with the services if the are moving from Prepaid to post paid why would you ever tell the customer stay with prepaid?? Porting the number after shouldn't be a problem. Help me help yal

Be very careful who you do your business with I went in there with my family to get upgrades. Next thing you know Grant added a line so he can get more commission and he never told us. make sure to ask questions and make sure. I will be taking this to corporate.
