My husband and I walked into the store. One gentleman raised his hand to call us over, then others did. We went to the first one. His name is Preston. Preston listened to what we needed. We were already Verizon customers, so he looked into our account. He made suggestions. We had been looking at Verizon home internet. But when we tried to sign up online it was saying it was not available in our area. Preston got us all set up. And it works beautifully! Thanks, Preston! I highly recommend asking for Preston!

I had a great experience while visiting this store. I felt welcomed when i initially arrived. I had the pleasure to work with Melody who helped me make an informed decision as far as upgrading from an iPhone 12 to an IPhone 17 Pro max. Melody was not only very knowledgeable she had a great customer service and personable. She showed attention to detail and took care of needs.
