Extremely Unprofessional and Dismissive Staff — Proceed with Caution I visited this Verizon store today around 6:30 PM, fully prepared to switch my service to Verizon and potentially bring additional lines in the near future. BAD SERVICE AT ALLLLLLL!
I went in to buy a new phone, and the people were no help. Nobody showed me any of the phones and there's no prices on anything. They were too busy sitting around talking with each other. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and they don't have paper towels in the entire building. If you can't do something as simple as put prices on things or stock your bathroom, how can I expect you to handle my cell phones or contracts? When did falling short of the minimum become acceptable?
Terrible experience. The rep didn’t know the correct prices, so the manager came out—but they didn’t know either. As a manager, you should be knowledgeable. It felt like blind leading the blind. Staff were just sitting around, not eager to help. Completely unprofessional.
