Im so grateful this store has a Manager that represents Verizon to the end of customer satisfaction. The store Manager went above and beyond to help me with my phone trading and the new setup required..It was extremely complicated but his patience and dedication were outstanding and professionally done. This store was super busy and still he didn't hesitate to help me get my phone setup and the process cleared. Thank you so much for all you did. AREA
I was there yesterday and went inside the store and then the one of the customer service person figure it was 814 and practically threw us out of the store because store closed. At 8pm I find that very poor customer service if the customer is already in the store, they should take care of the customer cause they don’t know if this is this is the customer is gonna make their sale and they don’t know why the customer is there Next time they should lock their doors on time and they you wanna have the situation will never go to ... read more
