Porsia was an awesome person to do business with and she really helped me out by making my transition to Verizon as seamless as possible.
I came to return a device and when I walked in there were around 6 employees in the store and a girl named Tori said hey but didn’t really look at me. I told her I was there to turn in a device and she asked me to turn it on. I did and I handed it to her … she said thanks and when I asked for a receipt she finally looked at me.
