Useless people work here. They don’t respect costumers, and wasting time
Terrible customer service and broken promises. I was clearly promised online that my phone would be exchanged. Based on that confirmation, I went to the Verizon store. When I arrived, they refused to do the exchange and acted like the online promise meant nothing. I wasted my time because Verizon’s internal communication is a mess. Worst customer service. After waiting for an hour, they sent us to different locations to get our work done instead of sorting things out. Wasting our time and gas. Incident occurred on: 01/03/26 Time: between 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Had a really great experience today working with Charles.. he was amazing to work with. Made our whole day 100% better. I highly recommend this store but also recommend asking for Charles because he was lovely and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Charles for giving us the best experience ever!!
Ty the rep who assisted my wife and I in store was AMAZING!! So helpful and knowledgable. Also Sean (or Shawn?) From the customer service line was incredibly helpful. Very happy with the info regarding the promo for me and went above and beyond helping me add a new line. Highly recommend!!! Verizon's customer service exceeded my expectations when I ran into several issues during this process they helped me overcome each issue we had
