very rude sales people. only friendly if moving forward with purchasing or upgrading your line. if you aren’t interested in their offering, they will pick up their tablet and walk away mid conversation with no remarks. Recommend going to another branch!
verizon is not a good store they lie and the customer service people dont have respect their disrespectful while talking they dont listen ive been with them for 5 years i called to get my monthly payment lowered a little cus it was too high instead if lowering it they made it even more and when i ordered phones from them they came to my house but the fed ex driver didnt knock and when i tried to go pick it up they said phone wasnt there and that it got sent back
