This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After purchasing multiple lines and devices, my account was wrongly flagged due to a Verizon system error and all of my phone lines were disconnected. Because I had no working phone, I spent over 5½ hours on a support call using my neighbor’s phone, repeatedly providing my Social Security number and identification. DO NOT GET DIRECT DEPOSIT TO VERIZON. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS TO GET MY REFUND THAT THEY TOOK AFTER I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. ADDING NEW !! STILL AFTER 6 MONTHS FIGHTING FOR MY REFUND THAT THEY TOOK OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH AUTO PAY. I CALLED SEPT 25TH TO CANCEL AUTO PAY BUT THEY KEPT TAKING. DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY.
