They will break your phone case trying to get the phone out and not replace it or give any type of refund, they'll just look up and say, "ohh sorry," and give you your broken $50 phone case you just bought. These people don't care about you, just your MONEY!! This store is the reason Verizon is losing a 20 year customer. They do not care about you unless you are spending money in their store. IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD!! I ordered a new phone yesterday over the phone with a wonderful customer service rep. She stated my phone would be completed in 2 hours. I never got a text or email my order was completed. I called the store 16 times this morning, no answer. My wife called 4 times no answer. I called Verizon customer service , that rep told me he called 2 times, no answer. This was noon. The store opened at 11. He assured me they were most likely busy.
