After taking my phone number in order to sign in to the long line, I took a seat and waited for 30 minutes. If what they said to me was true about all their locations are not streamlined with corporate operations and product distribution then I’m giving every Verizon affiliation a 0/5. This store tried to guide me through the trade-in process that demanded the MyVerizon app user interface after I called customer service to get my trade-in location for this store.
