Matt was phenomenal. My husband and I came into the store here in Dayton with some issues on Our phones and both of the employees here knew exactly how to fix the issues.. I offered to Pay but he said that veterans don't pay service fees in his store.. thank you so much young man!! We will be back

I can't say enough about how customer service oriented Iverson and Brian are at the store! I would not go anywhere else to anyone else. Bravo

I had planned to do my port transfer from AT&T to Verizon online, thinking that would be easiest. I was wrong! I called the store to ask a question and Xailey was extremely helpful, immediately setting me up for success and suggesting an in-store appointment. Since I was nervous about the transfer anyway, I agreed. Shawn greeted me, knowing exactly what my issue was, thanks to the great communication from Xailey! Use to love verizon when I became a customer in 2005. Since then, they're just another flavor of every other phone company. Bait n switch, sign em in, then forget their customer exists.
