Visit went perfectly. No stress. Staff was helpful and clear answering questions beyond the scheduled pickup we were there for.
Got a new phone as the store was closing last night and despite the staff member knowing that I was going to set it up at home, I walked out the door with my current phone inactivated. I walked back in and asked to keep it active until I activated the new phone (wanted to get a case first) - the guy did something quickly with my phone and said I was good to go. Came in here to get a new phone and the guy who helped us was lacking customer service skills he said if we needed any help setting up the new phone and transferring things it would be an additional $30 charge thank goodness my fiance was with me and was able to do it for me. I seriously thought the guy helping us was joking because I’ve never heard of such a thing what is this world coming to? Everything is about money anymore. I don’t think we will come to this location again.
