Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went in and got in the queue for issues related to our account, we waited 30 mins before someone was able to help us. When the sales rep asked us what we needed we proceeded to tell him there was an issue with our account and we had gone to several others stores for the past three days and no resolution was given so we went to this corporate store to get some answers. Horrible experience. The rep told me he didn’t have time to help me even though I had been struggling for days with issues on my account and he had nobody else waiting in line. He was so quick to cancel my account instead of helping me. Don’t go here!!!
Spencer was polite, informative, and patient. I appreciated all of his knowledge on the different phones they offered, and he did a great job walking me through my monthly plan. Thank you Spencer!
Super slow. Waited over 40 mins and still wasn’t seen. Got checked in and nothing. We needed up ordering our own phone without help.
