UPDATE (July 2025): I tried reaching out to the support contact they listed, but it’s been a dead end. Whoever tried to call me left no direct way to get back in touch, and the whole setup only works if you’re free during regular business hours—which I’m not. So much for flexibility. Shout out to Mathew he was able to clean out my phone and made my usb-c port work again he was knowledgeable enough to tell me the steps I have to take to get my account issues taken care of.
I don’t know how Verizon can be one of the biggest carriers and still have horrible customer service. We go in to transfer our lines and they still have us end up calling there subpar phone system. If we didn’t already have family with Verizon I wouldn’t stay
Terrible customer service, I cried three times at this location because of how they treated me. I get the employees have proceses they need to follow, but none of them even cared to help me find a solution. I waited in the queue just for them to tell me to call customer service, then wait in the queue again. Do not recommend this location. I will never be coming back here.
If I could give a 0 star I would. We are trying to get my husband switched over to a family line and we have talked to the customer service people 2 different times now for over an hour, and 2 months later they STILL have not been able to switch him to the other line. And then they had the nerve to start charging us $20 more a month. The people in this store cannot even help you switch you to a new plan.
