They are the worst! We bought a new iPad and unless we paid $30 more they wouldn't help us set it up. They handed us the sack and left. We set there an hour trying to set it up ourselves. We got home 30 miles away only to call Verizon trying to get it added to our account and found out we have to go back to the store because they were supposed to scan it so it would switch over. There was no one else in the store but us and 5 workers. Find a different location or be prepared to be disappointed and pay more.

When we checked in we told the manager, Esmeralda, we needed address 2 things: get a new phone for an existing line and move that line onto my family plan. Then Conner assisted us when it was our turn. We told him the same 2 things we needed to address. He gets the new phone started up, abandons us to check in more people, then Esmeralda comes back (with an attitude) and tells us we can’t move the new phone to the family plan for 3 MORE YEARS. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went in and got in the queue for issues related to our account, we waited 30 mins before someone was able to help us. When the sales rep asked us what we needed we proceeded to tell him there was an issue with our account and we had gone to several others stores for the past three days and no resolution was given so we went to this corporate store to get some answers. Horrible experience. The rep told me he didn’t have time to help me even though I had been struggling for days with issues on my account and he had nobody else waiting in line. He was so quick to cancel my account instead of helping me. Don’t go here!!!
