Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes to be helped. We were briefly greeted when we walked in ("Hi, we'll get you signed in in just a minute"), then completely ignored the rest of the time. Several employees walked directly passed us and would not respond when I said "Hi". Finally, who I can only assume to be the manager came out and began literally dancing around the place. He did not try to assist anyone for several minutes and when he finally did, he went up to the person that had walked in last and signed him in. ... read more
