Absolutely terrible network. Vios turned off the wifi , after the payment was made we still haven't received the internet, we gave the customer service a call to which the representative just kept on seeing " oh yeah, there is a problem Im terribly sorry". No one help with what the problem might be so they said they will send a technician to help us out . Waited 3 days for Debra ( our technician ) to come in , spot the problem with the wire, just for her to say SHE CANT FIX IT AND THEY NEED TO SEND ANOTHER TEAM. That took an... read more

I called them and I got the ai customer service. it hung me up when it told it was getting a real live agent while repeatedly telling me that. Also either the AI or the owner of the store cares too much about reviews and will probs give my review a generic ass comment to suffice thinking it's okay or it'll tell itself it's fine.
