Verizon specialists are very low qualified people. I lost over there 3 hours of my time and did nothing. Because one of the agents gave me wrong information about deals. She just said verizon will give best price with best service at the end of the day she said ‘’ I’m sorry I was wrong with everything’’. Her name was Rosa. She doesn’t know anything about the current deals, about the prices for lines… She was going every 5 minutes to ask smth from manager. But manager also didn’t know what to do.
