Rude employees and long wait time.
Ya'll this past we I have had the best customer service experience at the Verizon Store on the circle in Dothan. We went in last Wednesday and decided to get new phones. Josias was amazing. He was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. He truly did his best and got our family a great deal. We picked out our phones and mine had to be ordered. Very courteous and helpful staff.
Most of the employees here will strive to make the least effort to help the average customer. I just switched to Spectrum for less than half the price of monthly phone, wifi & internet service.
Used to be fast and knowledgeable. Wait time is an hour or more. Only have two on the floor with a store full of customers. Employees take off anytime they want. Do not help with a friendly smile because they are taking on the load for the ones who don’t know anything or show up. Both my husband and I are trying to pay our daughters phone bill but I couldn’t wait after an 48 min I left feeling sick.
