Site says open until 6:00 PM. Drove all the here and it is 5:08, but the store is closed. Bad business practice.
We have consistently had frustrating experiences at this location. A few years ago, we moved and began using the Ozark location instead, which has been a complete contrast — their service is always a 10/10. The staff there is helpful, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist, which made us hopeful things might have improved here as well. Unfortunately, after moving back to Dothan, that wasn’t the case.
