A group of ladies traveling through Alabama to board a cruise when one of our phones froze in emergency mode only. We stopped at the Verizon store in Dothan to ask for help. Zach had the phone fixed and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes. He was very nice, polite and professional. Exceeded expectations
I was a Verizon customer for over 10 years and after dealing with customer service and being on hold to only be hung up on I decided to go with Straight Talk instead. Sorry Verizon but your Customer SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TO DEAL WITH AS THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES ON HOLD. We stopped into the store and ended up with a couple of new phones, a new plan and the best service anyone could reasonably expect in a very busy place. Phillip is a kind and polite young man who knows his phone stuff inside out. A couple of other clerks even said hello to us. No complaints whatsoever. Thank You all.
I was misled on an upgrade sale for a new phone I am very sick of liars I was told the phone was going to be on you.
