Was having difficulty understanding and completing transferring my data from an old phone to a new phone. They went above and beyond what you would expect to take care of my needs. My new goto for cell phone service.
The wait to return a device after canceling is toooooo long.
I was there on 08/20/25 at 17:35 and would give them ZERO stars if could. Not helpful at all, for anything that you need or have questions about they tell you have to call customer service. What a joke. Totally incompetent staff. One of the reasons why I switched to another carrier who actually cares about customer!
