I tried doing online buying with Verizon. They tried to sell me things to increaee my monthly costs by almost 100 dollars, telling me i needed all of these bells and whistles. I returned a $2,000 iPhone 17 Max Pro to this location and they are refusing to refund my money over 1 month later. They are scammers! Oh and I hope they are ready because I have someone that is going in there later this week to collect $1,100 worth of product that is owed to me.
