Doug was rude and dismissive of my questions. He did not fulfill the task of transferring my data and dismissed me with the promise that he had finished the job.
Jose was amazing, very detail oriented, noticed that our address was the old one and thus we were being charged higher taxes, he changed that and helped me get a home internet.
They made promises to get me to sign up, turns out a bunch of it was incorrect information and now i'm stuck with them for 3 years
