Had a great experience with Jose N. Came in for a new phone and trade in and he took care of us. All sales people should be like Jose! He is super knowledgeable and very personable. He found us the best deals and we also updated another phone on our plan to a newer version for only ~$2/month. 10/10!
I visited the Verizon office in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and was very disappointed with the service. I had checked in on the computer and was next in line, yet the staff pretended not to notice me and served others out of turn. It is a real shame that employees like this tarnish the mobile carrier's image.
I'd lost my sim card, they were able to get me a new one, free!
