My fiancé and I went into the store to get a new phone and line and the employee Roison and I think the manager on duty were awesome! They were very accommodating and helpful!
When I walked in, I stood there for about 30 minutes and not even a single person acknowledged me. I understand that they were busy with other customers, but at least they can say that they will be with me in just a moment.

This particular Verizon location I was Not satisfied with how my husband and I were treated. The person that was suppose to be helping us was condescending and made us feel less then. Plenty of other locations to choose from will not return to that one on central Ave
