Super helpful, and told us about all offers on our account which landed us a pixel 10 free of cost after another Verizon store tried to shame us for holding onto a phone for an extended period of time before upgrading and then lowballed us on offers.

I had an awful experience in this store with a sales rep named Gavin. He was extremely rude and condescending towards my husband and I. We went to a different store close by and was upgrading our phone. The store nearby said to come here because they didn't have the phone in stock. This man talk to my husband and I like we were were children. He told us misinformation, I had to correct him more than once. Do yourself a favor and request to work with Gavin. Provides top of the line customer service.
TLDR: Nick is awesome. I had a really great experience today troubleshooting an issue I was having from my initial sign up a month ago at another location. Nick walked through the bill with me, helped me navigate the customer service line and got the whole thing sorted. He was very patient, incredibly knowledgeable and really worked to get things straightened out on my account, including the credit I was promised upon sign up. Much appreciated- Nick.
