Nice showroom and competent staff.
This Verizon store is not conveniently located for me. However, I do go out of my way to do all my phone business with the store because of the excellent customer service provided by Andrea and Octavio. They take the time to explain to me everything — upsides and downsides, and Andrea actually came into my car and set up my Bluetooth phone for me which I thought was really going above and beyond! Those two are a great team and I highly recommend going to this Verizon store at all costs HB
Octavio was very helpful in my upgrade to my new cell phone. Fast efficient and convenient!
