Visited the store for a replacement physical sim card because the old one was lost. A black lady told me that they ran out of sim cards. They also charged fee for sim cards even though they are verizon company store. I have been to lots of Verizon stores. I never encountered this issue before. It’s very ridiculous that a phone store runs out of sim cards honestly.

I'd want to share my experience with Verizon. I had been a business customer with them for more than three years. In August, I moved to the personal plan. I signed up on August 5th, and my phones were all operating. However, on August 16, my entire plan, including home internet, was suddenly cancelled. NOT GOOD. Went to the Willowbrook shop.
